... we can not tolerate renegades who fail to *buckle up*! Assuming the person of interest is guilty:
Being of Libertarian slant on laws of this type, I can't fail to speculate if they let people tempt fate, that the
gene pool can be healthier, AND reduce the chance of everday people being victimized by what would otherwise be eliminated through natural selection.
Taking it further, why harass people over seatbelts? Creates more unnecessary stress for the sake of creating
unnecessary stress.
I bet that seatbelt charge pushed the guy over the edge. You know, the guy became jealous of people walking around,
mowing the yard, pumping gas without seatbelts, and without being harassed..

Gee, I would hate to ruin the media's fun with a "white, male connected to a right-wing militia group". /sarcasm
Have you ever heard of this guy in NC, Howlin?

I noticed your question on another thread. Is this what you were looking for?

The bulletin described Baker as a drug user affiliated with various militia and white supremacist groups Fits the description of who they WANT to have done the shootings perfectly.

With the fact that Islamoterrorists have recently been discovered to be plotting and training for drive-by shootings in America, WHY IS THIS NOT BEING DISCUSSED AS A POSSIBILITY?
Is there any evidence to the contrary, or are we now in a complete truth lockdown by the Socialist Politically-Corrupt Media?

Wonder if that first shooting, the one at the Michael's that "barely missed a store clerk," should be investigated more closely. Could be a missed assassination by a jilted lover or some such that set off the rampage of random shootings in the neighborhood. I think the second Michael's incident, in Spottsylvania, was a copycat crime. Joe Schmo taking advantage of the chaos to shoot his wife. Were I Monk, that first event is where I would start looking.

Fits the description of who they WANT to have done the shootings perfectly. Like Oklahoma City? Just think this guy could have be executed if Clinton/Clinton were still president just to keep from finding the real killer/killers.

Check #19.Looks like this is NOT the guy.

The article says: "
The bulletin described Baker as a drug user affiliated with various militia and white supremacist groups."
Translation: We have a meth freak here, folks. Completely paranoid, delusional and as mean and hostile as a swarm of Africanized bees.
The article says: "the victims most likely were shot by a sniper using high-intensity .223-caliber bullets of the sort used by rifle hunters"
Rifle hunters? What the hell is a "rifle hunter"? Oh yeah, that must be that RKBA thing. You know, the Right to Keep Bears Armed. Thanks to those nuts, we now must stalk the forests hunting for rifle toting bears. When will we ever learn? The Second Amendment does NOT apply to postal workers or bears.
So what have we learned about the reporter that wrote this story? He is a low intensity moron writing about high intensity bullets. Talk about a match made in heaven.

I wonder what the pansy would do if someone pointed a gun at him? RUN?! Or, give him a speech on why you shouldn't own rifles?

.223, from a distance while hidden inside such a truck, beyond sight of immediate witnesses, and to speed away with the spent cartridge evidence.
Same tactic as many country boys around here use to poach deer out of season .
The truck also serves as a sort of silencer, at least outside of the truck.

The bulletin described Baker as a drug user affiliated with various militia and white supremacist groups. Just in time for the election. I wonder which Democrat made the police point to this guy.

From what is posted I can't even understand why they have associated him with this in any way.
Maybe they have some info which is not being given out, but just being a white guy who is missing doesn't mean anything. Oh yes he is one of those evil "associated with various militia etc. groups guys" better shoot on sight.
