I wonder what the pansy would do if someone pointed a gun at him? RUN?! Or, give him a speech on why you shouldn't own rifles?
Would he run if faced with firepower? If he's on a serious meth binge, then not a chance. These are not fun people to be around. They give berserkers a bad name. But he will eventually run out of steam and crash hard. Then you can take him without risk. But until then, he's a lethal weapon.
