Happened earlier today - may be related. There's a thread shooting at Michael's.

No, it's Fredrick, MD. Fredricksburg is VA.

This is bad, I'm losing count. I got a bad feeling that this is al-Qaeda terrorism, but maybe that's the tin foil hat talking.

We're on it out here in Virginia. This happened at about 2PM. One of our Virginia Freepers gave us a heads up before it even hit the news.
LOOKIE HERE!
Another DC-area sniper-style shooting

Another broad-daylight shooting just occurred, this time in Fredericksburg, VA, just off I-95. It's not even on the news yet.
About an hour's drive south of where the Montgomery County shootings happened, a woman was shot in the parking lot of a Michaels fabric store. My wife was in the store at the time.

So far, there are seven shooting victims, although police have not confirmed that all seven incidents are linked.
Here's a link to a pretty comprehensive article on the CNN website.

I read that police have a description of suspects but not releasing it. . .perhaps it is not definite enough, but otherwise, why would they not let people know. . .

Right on, thanks for the link.

I saw this before. Pretty wild!

Well I hope MD has and uses the death penalty. Otherwise, it's just another 3 hots and a cot for life for the perp. Not to mention the book and movie deal.

Thanks, I scanned the other thread and the maps that are posted there sure look like the shooters are using I-95. You might want to look at the two maps, very interesting.

"otherwise, why would they not let people know. . ."So they can milk it for all the gun control propaganda they can get. The only description that would put some ice on that is if the description said, "JIHAD!" Then folks wouldn't pay attention to the lame busturds.

I would be surprised. That said, it would be interesting to see what the skin color of the people is.

I read that police have a description of suspects but not releasing it. . .otherwise, why would they not let people know. . .Perhaps the descriptions would cause unfair profiling that would unduly cause a panic due to their unrelated resemblance to some members of the religion of peace.
Or maybe they don't want to contribute to the drought by causing millions of freepers to get into the shower.
Seriously though, if there is really more than one perp in this matter, then we have a real problem.
