'Morning, Sandy....Yep, it was a late night and early, groggy morning for me. Glad you like the profilees...What a delight it was to learn more about them and their patriotism....

Hubby and I recently had the honor and pleasure of meeting abner and voc at the Statesville Balloon Rally. What a delightful couple they are!!! Kind, friendly, earnest, intensely patriotic ........ oh, I could go on and on! We could tell from the comments by others who had been at the Rally the day before and stopped by that abner and voc had made a big hit at the Rally, not just because of their awesome balloon, but because of their own character. And they are both much more attractive than their pictures indicate ..... they are just too dynamic to capture in a still shot.
If anyone gets a chance to see the US Flag Balloon, I would urge you to do so. Even if it starts to rain and the balloon is never even unpacked (as happened the day we were in Statesville), you will be inspired by the car, the truck, the trailer, and this truly wonderful couple!
