The Rule of Law has been seriously eroded by these bastards; the appointment of a host of liberal judges by the Clinton administration and the Senate RATS insistence on a "litmus test" for Bush appointees has made it abundantly clear that the damn RATS care not for ANY Constitutional limits on their own power and that they care more about the solidarity of the RAT party, then about any principled stand concerning the well-being of the Republic as a whole.
Why should anyone obey ANY law when the bastards at the top can flout their own laws with impunity? Why should anyone have anything but contempt for a court system which has been bought and paid for by the socialists/collectivists? Why should anyone obey any laws that come out of a judicial establishment that is no longer an "independent" judiciary that makes decisions based on whim, personal political philosophy or merely through blind prejudice? Damn them all.

Isn't NJ a roll your own state?

I'm sorely tempted to go down to Trenton tomorrow and burn my NJ State flag. "Law? We don't need no stinkin' law." I'm ashamed of my state.

What Dems hate about elections is people get to vote.

NJ is a mob state... run by warlords and their corrupt judges

in NJ the only laws that count are tax, enviroment, and gun control laws. they must be strictly interpreted

So why did the Republican justices agree with the ruling??? The vote was unanimous - that says something very important: either we aren't getting the full story about what the law says, or there's hardcore corruption going on (pity the latter seems more likely).

The funny, and fuzzy math of the njsc: 51 = 0 to >51, it depends.

I think NJ should put the banana on its state emblem and flag. What could be more apropos?

I ran for office - Open Primary 2000, California Congressional district 13. I lost in the primary. But the point I want to make is this: I remember signing a paper promising to not drop out. I also had to take an oath. I'm sure the candidates in NJ primary had to do the same. Now the democraps are using the Constitution and the rule of law for TOILET PAPER. This is beyond disgusting. However, the Missouri democraps got away with a similar pile of crap (Carnahan). It wouldn't surprise me if this evil scheme works for the democraps. The NJ voters are probably that dumb! For victory & freedom!!!
