Leave your name. Don't worry, BigBrother knows who you all are.

A lot depends on how the people of New Jersey treat this. As well as in other states. From what I gather, there is discomfort with this in the minds of many Democrats. If we hammer the "bait and switch" Democrats for the next few weeks, I think we have a very good chance of winning this.
All Forrester has to do is point out if he pulled a bait and switch as part of his business, he'd be darn lucky to avoid a jail cell. Remind them of this, and ask why they want a pass for pulling a "bait and switch" every time, and run the ads on this. Do not let the people forget it.

Today is my 20th wedding anniversary. I don't think I will have 21 unless I pull the modem and break the monitor.

There is no doubt these guys are going to overturn the law.

The National Firearms Act forbids unregistered machine guns after a certain date. Well, I'm just asking for some flexibility in interpreting that deadline. So what that it was 70 years ago! The court's job is to adjudicate a remedy.

The people of NJ don't need relief. It is the democratic party that needs the relief.
There are many means of relief for the voters of NJ. There are other candidates on the ballot, they can write in Lautenberg if they want him, they can vote for Torricelli, they can vote for Mickey Mouse. NO BODY is limiting their voting choice except for possibly Torricelli.

You must be tired Coop. Either that or on double happy sedation. Looks like neither of us get to win our bets. Why? What bets?

Reading the opinion supporting their "logic" will be a hoot.

Six long years of getting your pecker slapped every day! Note to self: don't get elected to the Senate minority.
To: blackdog
Congrats, today is my 20th wedding anniversary as well.

That's my read on it as well. They jumped all over Forrester's attorney on this point.

Are you sure there just wouldn't be a torn up suicide note clutching a gun with 3 taps to the back, wrong caliber of course.
Pray for GW and New Jersey

LOL !!! Happy Anniversary !!!
My 19th was yesterday and hubby is bracing himself for me to become another raving lunatice like I was during the debacle of the 2000 elections -- in better words, when the goron tried to steal the presidency...

Hutch is right. "Bait and switch" will bring independent voters over to us. Also: "The Democrats are trying to pull an Enron."

If I didn't understand the reasoning for appointing Conservative Judges, I certainly do now!!! Democrats are evil people. Nuff said.

For all those who think "the fix is in"...I have one thought for you. My Mother said the same thing in 2000. She was absolutely, positively convinced we were destined for "President Gore."
Didn't happen.
ANY attempt to overturn or rewrite the laws AS STATED will be pimp-slapped down by the SCOTUS. Period. As Revrund Jesseh would say, "KEEP HOPE ALIVE!" :-)
