Or are they saying the DNC is trying new dirty tactics?

I don't think so. They were talking about statutes on the book and none seemed to fit this situation. So one of the Justices says we have a new paradigm which means we will have to figure this out.

Yup. It's no longer 'if' but 'when'.
I will sign any recall notice for the Governor. This is dereliction of duty.

I hereby nominate Howlin to run for U.S. Senator from New Jersey. Please make this "administratively doable" thing happen.

I think Focault's Pendulums' campaign is well underway, too.

..what does he mean by "statutory intent" ?? Is this the "people have a right to a fair choice" argument...isn't that a moot point if the choice has been removed by the self-serving actions by one of the candidates himself ?

Now RAT Justice says we only need a majority of county clerks....knowing that the majority of clerks are rats.

THIS WOMAN IS UNBELIEVABLY BIASED.

"How will you help us ?", say the justice in regards to how the court can rewrite the law and force the counties to comply with the SC.

(Why even have a hearing ?)

Just hold one national election each year, let there be two choices reflecting the two national parties, then let the party that wins pick all the candidates. It follows rat logic in this case.

Ah-ha! As soon as the questions turn to the application of federal law, the court itself has established a jurisdictional hook for SCOTUS to take this case, if necessary.

The woman judge just said "Some states let them replace right up to the day before the election, can't we do that? pretty please."

Which States!?! They better address this issue or they're in for some future rat induced headaches.

County clerks in Republican counties should stonewall. Several county clerks have already filed suit.

Judge - If a large majority of county clerks think this is feasible is that ok? Do we need to make sure ALL counties can comply?

This just kills me. The ONLY reason they're squawling about a "noncompetitive" election is because they put up a candidate who, ethically, makes Clinton look like Honest Abe. He raised money saying he was running, they stumped for him saying he was running, he said he was running and was gonna WIN up until last weekend, when he said, "Oops, I can't win." The Dems did it to themselves. There was no reason he couldn't have pulled out a month ago, two months ago, maybe even not run at all.

I'd like to know why the 2 judges who contributed to Torch's campaign haven't stepped down from the case.

General Attorney of New Jersey said they could just Fax new ballots to the military.

This is a sorry state of affairs.
