What's your take on this? First, what are the odds the Dems can get someone new on the ballot. Second, what are the odds Lautenberg, or another non-Bradley Dem, can beat Forrester?

My own guess is that this Senate seat is now 50/50. I will give the Dems a 75% chance in both the lawsuit and the election. It appears I was just wrong about Torricelli's chances of winning had he decided to keep running.

The chances of the Dems winning the lawsuit are close to zero. The chances of the Dems winning with a write in with The Torch on the ballot are low, UNLESS it is Bubba. With Bubba, I decline to predict. I think I would give Bubba a distinct edge. Jersey would love having such a high profile flamboyant senator. Whether Bubba would do it is iffy though. But The Torch spent the day on the phone with him trying.

Ah...you forget Je$$e Jacka$$ and his rent a riot mobile, as well as Al $harpton. They'll get in on the act...maybe even Louie the Loony will take time off the Mothership to place that race card as well...though I'm not sure whether that would be a good or bad thig for the Dems, LOL.

LIke Saddam...the Dems are SOOOO predictable!
