Thanking his gov, state dem chair, family, friends ...
The atmosphere is somber ...
(is that an IRS agent behind The Torch?)
To: San Jacinto
The only Constitutionally-valid approach would be for Torch's name to stay on the ballot. If Torch wins but is unable/unwilling to serve then the NJ Gov gets to appoint a replacement
To: Mad Dawgg
Let the DemoRats cry, scream and have a meltdown - who cares!
Its the law and they have to live with the law, thank God that we have a conservative honest US Supreme Ct.
I want to see Tommy Dassole have another crying meltdown when he has to resign the majority leader seat.

Torch up. Applause, although muted.
Thank you, Governor. Thank you John Corzine.
Pathos starts.
Oh, no, traveling through Europe as a college student. Mother and sister wrote my name in as a local candidate.
Thirty years have passed. I have loved almost every moment. Fought for everything I believe in.

McGreevey's words are making me throw up.
Sounds like T.s will be no better. Is he going to cry??

This is nutty. If you KNOW you are going to lose an election, it behooves your party to have you resign, have the party Governor appoint someone for one year. What total crap. That's not a democracy. Xactly!

I've heard this too. Supposedly the state police are outing him because the hate the fact he appointed a non-cop as their director.

Talking about how "He planted it, he hoed it, he suckered it, and until he draws his very last breath..."

Chang said that Torricelli followed him into a 7-11, accompanied by thugs. Chang hid until they left. The 7-11 video tape was found, and aired over the weekend. Sure enough, there was the Torch with some enforcers (aka waste company employees). Holy moly!!!
I didn't hear about this. No wonder Don Clinton is orchesrtating Toricelli's hasty departure!

He's believed in everything he's fought for. (kick-backs and any favors he could get)
To: dead
I turned him off as well. I'm now watching the Torch on MSNBC. He could've saved it until later. It's not like we couldn't guess where Hannity stands :-))
