Before the press conference, the judge on Fox confirmed that this is an UNTESTED law and will most definitely be challenged. Successfully, from the sound of things. He basically said that there is no way that a state governor can cancel a federal election.

Logic would dictate that the OPPOSITE of everything Torricelli says should be taken as true. Clinton is scum, Forrester a great man. By the way, if they are really putting off this election because of things they already knew about Torricelli, asa political maneuver, this is a national political scandal.

Ok Napolitano says....if Torch resigns his office today, his appointed replacement will run on ballot as incumbent. If Torch resigns office after Saturday (within 30 days of election) Napolitano says the Gov can appoint someone and cancel election. But that law has not been tested. And he seems to think it wouldn't fly. Holy Crap!!!!
