There is a term for this: cognitive dissonance. As in:

1. Iraq does NOT have weapons of mass destruction. Trust me.

2. Therefore, if the US invades Iraq, Iraq will launch the WMD it doesn't have at Israel. Trust me.

Makes no sense.

If I recall correctly, the Israeli Intel organization (Mossad?) is setting up a special unit assigned to searching out and destroying those dangerous to Israel. Sort of an authorized "hit" unit. Methinks Mr. Pitt might want to be careful with his "recommendations."
