I think these statistics show that the alleged "race" problem in America is really a "fear of crime" problem.
I would suspect that the European murder rates are similar to US white-only murder rates. This would take a lot of the wind out of the sails of the gun-control crowd, as the high US homicide rate is largely concentrated among a subculture that includes (but not exclusively) young, black, males in the drug trade.
