I'm going to make some fairly broad assumptions here, based on the information that she is a "Traveler." If my guess is correct, a Traveler is like a gypsy, and they make their living using various cons and thievery schemes. For instance, the "Williamson gang" is a group of people from the South who travel the country (They are probably Travelers also) pulling "home repair" cons where they knock on a door and tell people they have "surplus" material from a job site and are willing to repair a roof or driveway very cheaply. They get their money and leave. Then when the rains come, their "tar" or whatever they use washes away and the owner knows he has been conned. Another thing that happens is that the gang will use an excuse to get inside the house and will sometimes steal cash and jewelry. (Please bear with me because it is leading to a larger point.) The groups "traveling" don't keep the money for themselves, as the money is raised for the benefit of the group as a total. Which brings me to suspicions about Toogood. But what of the little girl? I don't know why she became angry at the girl, and again, I assume, that the girl had some small part to play and may have simply failed to perform that part or was too whiny at the time of the exchange and Toogood took it out on her. Also, if anyone feels sorry that Toogood has had the girl taken away by CPS - don't be! The little girl will be raised to commit acts of crime in support of the overall group. You can BET that other group members will fight to keep her because she is family, but a future monetary assets obtainer! Her only chance to grow up "normal" will be foster care - and yes - I realize that is a terrible choice for "normalcy."

If the Police Chief has any smarts, he will start running warrant and record checks on all "Travelers" who show up in support of Toogood, and he might find a bunch of them wanted on a variety of charges NATIONWIDE!

If Greta has any smarts, and I doubt that she does, she will miss the most important aspects of Toogood's lifestyle and will not understand the significance of her membership in the "Travelers." Disclaimer - As I said, I do not represent these as facts, they are only opinions, theories, and suppositions.

Forgive me, but is there any information that she is an "Irish Tracveler" as opposed to a petty shoplifter? This is what I mean, people see a video and have now decided they know all about the deep criminal conspiracy of which this woman is a part. If there is solid info on this, that is interesting and I apologise. Otherwise, I have to liken this to the folks who had figured out exactly where the three alligator alley moslems were going to board a submarine to be secreted back to an overseas Al Queda base. This is EXACTLY why we have the presumption of innocence and burden of proof. I wonder how many wonderful people out there are alraedy willing to stone this kid's mother?

I pose the question about how Toogood obtained the SUV and wonder if it was by means of a con job. I suspect that she may have been in the store to return goods in return for cash as a part of an overall con also, and that she failed to obtain cash, and therefore failed to earn money for the group. I suspect her sister may have also been part of the "con" because the presence of the sister and the little girl give the appearance of "normalcy" to a con. Toogood possibly had a "bad day" BECAUSE SHE FAILED TO EARN MONEY FOR THE GROUP, AND NOT BECAUSE OF THE LITTLE GIRL - UNLESS - unless the little girl had a part to play in the con and flubbed it or she was too whiny during the con and Toogood took out her frustrations on her. She left the stoor, and I believe she look right, and left, and wailed on the little girl - like a shewolf - not to INJURE her but to CORRECT her so she would learn for the next con job. Thank you. I've been trying since yesterday to remember the name of the Williamson Clan. I read about them roughly 35 years ago.

What STUNS me is that the judge set Toogood's bail at only $5,000. As you said, the members of the clan work FOR the clan. The clan controls the money, and they wouldn't have balked at a $50,000 bail to keep one of their own out of prison.

I don't know if the Travelers are part of the Williamson Clan, but I sure hope we hear a lot more about them.

Toogood has a history of crime. Just recently she was charged with stealing jeans. Just as in the case of her beating her daughter, Toogood was caught on video stealing pants and claims to be innocent in both cases! I think she takes lessons from Bill Clinton.

I believe that I heard that Toogood was mad because the store had refused to give her a cash refund for some goods. That is a scam too. They steal the merchandise and then return it for cash. That is why many stores now require a gift receipt in order to return merchandise that these scam artists claim were gifts. She is no doubt a 'gypsy' scam artist. Did you see that SUV she was driving?

It's been speculated that Bill and Hillary have ties with these Irish Travellers and that they are reveared by these groups for having pulled off the biggest con job in history;the hijacking of the Democratic party and subsequently the US political system(they are both Irish background reputedly and as these groups tend to intermarry...?) Look at the behavior and criminality in these two and in their entourages. Look at the ruined lives and mouldering corpses. Something's not right in Glockamourra land...the pot of gold is missing and Finian o'Clinton isn't telling where he stashed it.
