THE DEMOCRAT PARTY IS BEYOND CORRUPT, IT'S ALSO EVIL WARNS JIM ROBINSON IN SCATHING ATTACK OF TRUTH

The Democrat Party is beyond corrupt, It's also evil.

And what is this evil that triumphs when good men do nothing? What are we really talking about here and is it worth fighting for? Is it worth turning our heads and allowing evil to continue on while we do nothing? (and I count voting for a third party candidate when knowing that he has absolutely no chance of defeating the Democrat, and worse, actually planning and hoping to knock out the Republican candidate who otherwise might have defeated the Democrat, as doing nothing).

Corruption is accepting campaign cash from the Chinese in exchange for military hardware. Corruption is accepting campaign cash as bribes from Indonesian power brokers, from Buddhist Monks, from corrupt corporate moguls. Corruption is defined by the myriad criminal acts and practices of the Clintons and the Gores and their corrupt Democrat minions.

Corruption is the land grabs, the power grabs, the gun grabs, the bribery, the shady deals, the high crimes and treason. Corruption is the theft of campaign dollars through forced labor union deductions. Corruption is the systematic indoctrination of several generations of our youth with socialist dogma via government school systems. Corruption is the removal of God from public life and substituting in the evil homosexual/feminist agenda and the destruction of moral society. Corruption is lying to the public about global warming and the selling of the Kyoto treaty. Corruption is giving up our national sovereignty to the United Nations. Corruption is the abuses of office, obstruction of justice, lying, perjury and subornation of perjury.

The Democrat Party is thoroughly corrupt. There is no question about that, but it's way beyond corrupt. It's also evil.

Waco was evil. The killing of innocent men, women, children and babies is evil. Torturing them for weeks on end, gassing them, and then burning them alive is pure evil. This was perpetrated by a corrupt and evil Democrat Administration and covered-up by corrupt and evil Democrat Congressmen and Senators, many of whom you are saying should be allowed to remain in office even today.

And as bad as that is, it pales in comparison to the Democrat government sanctioned and funded wholesale slaughter of the most innocent life of all, the murder of innocent human life in the womb. This is evil. Pure evil. And this evilness is openly perpetrated by a thoroughly corrupt and evil Democrat Party. The same corrupt and evil Democrat Congress and Judiciary whom you are now saying deserve to remain in office.

IMHO, allowing these Democrats to remain in power is aiding and abetting the corruption and treason, and is acting as an accessory before and after the fact to the murderers of innocent human life. Is doing nothing and allowing this evil to triumph evil itself?

I love my country. I love the Constitution. I love life. I love God. I know that the Democrats hate my country, hate the Constitution, hate God and hate human life. I see that the only Party capable of blocking and defeating the evil Democrats is the Republican Party. I see that many races are so close that as little as a one percent siphon of conservative votes to a third party could be the difference between success and failure. I see allowing a Democrat to remain in power when it could have been prevented as a triumph of evil.

I don't know much of the details, and I don't particularly like what he is doing. I think he is trying to make a few bucks by taking advantage of America's yearn to break out of the political shackles of our corrupt politicians. Supposedly, he is considering a "Survivor" type series for FOX to select an independent Presidential candidate. The series would end with a "convention " to select the final candidate.

What you say seems plausible on the face however my vision of of the congressional split looks more like 30% Democrat, 30% Republican, and 40% "New Concerned Thinking American Party". 40% in the first terms and a stronger "New Concerned American Thinking Party" every term thereafter. There must be at least 10% of Democrats, (moderates?) that would come to the new NCTA Party. I'll have to chew on it some and see if a third party is really not a viable political solution in America. I do appreciate your providing some "food for thought"

Oh I don't state the possibility of blackmail to defend them yielding to it - just as a possible way to explain why the fat hog of Dem corruption isn't being stuck. I'd like to see the WH staff an "open source" team to look at both the Judiciary and Congress, for "corruption flags."

Ah, I seem to remember hearing about that on TV. Sounds kinda weird but then again so did Ross Perot when I first heard him. I, like many other that used to be called, "the silent majority" may not have the answer and maybe Teaxsforever has it right. It just seems as though there's an underlying current of " I'm mad as hell and I'm not gonna take it anymore" in America that Ross Perot startet to galvanize. Maybe the wrong person at the right time. Maybe Rupergt is on to something. Maybe, I'm just a dreamer. Semper Fi to you as well!

...BS...no way that we can be truly the richest or the most super when we have tens of thousands or more dying from being unable to get proper drugs and/or medical care...that is TRULY EVIL...and overshadows any good done by our country

No, it's not evil. It's neglect on the part of the parents who won't get jobs, but it's not evil. You overstate your case.

The liberals will not fracture their coalition the way Conservatives do. The DNC IS the liberal party it has no conservative or even a discernable moderate element. The political reality is that any 3rd party success will come from disaffected conservatives or libertarians and that means that congress will be in liberal control for a generation.

This is true and the country will surely convulse. However, the history of the American experience shows that freedom is a fragile thing with a big cost. Our tradition is to fight those who attempt to subjugate us. Hopefully, the Republicans will consider this and help us clean the political house. Otherwise they will also get swept out in the chaos ahead.

There were plenty of Republican no shows who allowed this to happen. Lots of blame to spread around.

I am not so sure about that. There was absolutely massive ballot stuffing in the last election. We saw numeroust precincts - all Democrat - which had over 100% voter turnout. They do not even try to cover up the crime any more, it is so prevalent. The reason why we lost so many close races is also ballot stuffing. They hold off the results of Demo precincts until they know how many votes they need to steal an election.

We need to clean up the election process or our votes will not count for anything.

Great phone sex. As Harry Browne said, the GOP is good at phone sex.

Republicans talk real great, get you all excited. But after you hang up, you realize it was fake, not as good as the real thing, and you're out a lot of money.

I'm a Republican because we actually believe the things we say.

So how come most Republican politicians don't deliver?

We were born of revolution that is a fact. However we have the most stable Republican Form of Government the world has ever known. There will be no revolution. Here is food for thought. In times of national crisis such as the great depression the country did not lurch to the right it ran to the left. They looked to Washington to take care of them. Those that think by letting the liberals take us down the tubes so the country will "wake up" and become a nation of rock ribbed conservatives are ignoring the history of their own country not to mention human nature.

Your points are true. However, fear of the noose is no reason to not fight for ones freedom. (I speak of revolution at the ballot box - not with force of arms.) It is better to have fought for freedom and died a peon, than to have sold freedom and died in comfort.

So how come most Republican politicians don't deliver?

They can only "deliver" if they have the numbers to do it. They can only "deliver" what their constituents say they want delivered. That is why 9 out of 10 people like their congressman or their Senator when it comes to their districts or state. It is when congress acts as a body on national issues that compromise and moderation become necessary.

There is not a politician who ever lived that could deliver them what they want. The candidates they prefer promise to deliver everything they want...knowing full well that they will never be put to the test of actually delivering.

Seems to me that having someone promise me 50% of what I want and giving me 25% is a hell of a lot better than someone promising me 90% and deliverying 0%.

The electorate has proved for 70 years that it wants a bright line balance of liberal/conservative governance with a slight bias toward liberal. Everyone wants to cut the other guy's "handout" but will never relinquish their "entitlement". The vast majority of this country is very comfortable being just the way we are. Our history clearly shows that no political ideology has ever been embraced to the point of a governing majority and in many ways that is why we are as stable as we are.

If we don't all hang together, then surly, we shall all hang alone.

Could you please explain to me, WHY , voting for a fringe candidate, instead of a Republican, is better, since the majority, of the populace will NEVER all vote for the same fringer, and thus allowing the Dems to win and have a majority ? Why is no bread, better than 1/2 a loaf ? Why is it better to die a pauper, under the heel of Liberals, than to vote in a GOP majority and at least get some of what you calim to want ? We're NOT talking about your pathetic little screech about dying rich and having no freedom. The weathier you are, the MORE freedom you have. Peons have neither wealth, NOR freedom.

This is a very important thread. It pretty much summarizes what's going on in this country right now -- a battle between good and evil.

Right after 9/11, GWB had the right idea, by calling it that. His failure is that he hasn't pounded away at that theme, having been distracted by those who caution him about appearing to be insensitive or racist. He was not being insensitive or racist. He was telling the truth, and leading. And he needs to do a lot more of that, and quickly.

Gunshy, I agree with your statement that no republican in Congress can save this country. But I do believe GWB could, if he would cast off all the concerns of his administration and do what is in his heart.

If he would LEAD, if he would make calculated decisions, if he would explain WHY things are happening, or WHY things aren't being explained, he'd been doing better than he is.

It's his job to convince the administration to come to an agreement over Iraq, not the other way around. Or at least it should seem that way to us.

We can keep pounding away on our computers, pasting our opinions on FR month after month and pull a straight party GOP lever in November and it isn't going to make a damn bit of difference.

That's because Bill Clinton was too successful in his PR war against the republicans and conservatives -- and because the GOP isn't doing enough to combat the false image he and his cronies were able to project.

No matter how much you (we, anyone)hates Democrats and the Clinton way of thinking -- it is way too prevalent to be easily or immediately "overthrown."

You have to fight fire with fire. And that means throwing back all the Democratic crap they've spewed at us for so many years back in their faces. And not giving them any more ammnuniton.

To that end, the GOP has a big PR job to do:

1) OPEN GOVERNMENT should be THE MAJOR theme, after eight years of Clinton. All week long at the intelligence committee hearings, the senators have been clamoring about how Americans deserve to know what happened prior to 9/11. TELL THEM. TELL THEM ALL OF IT, AND LIVE WITH THE CONSEQUENCES.

2) Forget the ridiculous notion that criminal suspects in the U.S.(American and otherwise) should be denied access to an attorney, or that their conversations with their attorneys should be monitored. If we don't believe in our system of justice or the Constitution, then they should be altered. But the alterations should be done by the Congress, not the executive branch.

If those labeled "enemy combatants" are truly enemy soldiers, then they should be subject to the rules of the Geneva convention. If they are so dangerous that their very existence threatens the United States, they should be executed.

3). Forget "negative campaigning." When there's a crime, call it a crime, and cast blame where it belongs, and indict people who need to be indicted. Including former presidents.

4) Find women who are reflective of America and put them on TV (and in office), women who will champion the republican platform --including the fact that abortion is a crime and a sin. This means republican men have to start trusting women to this type of position, and listening to and respecting women who might not look as perfect as Ann Coulter or Phllis Schafly or Elizabeth Dole, or any of the few other(true) GOP women out there in the public eye.

It also means that republican women have to trust themselves. Stand up for your beliefs, ladies, and don't be afraid to give interviews, and write letters to newspapers and publications, and call talkshows. And start by doing it in your own little social group. It's not as difficult as you think it will be at first, and you'll sure find out who your real friends are quickly.

It is important for Jim to remember that many of us are represented by republicans we don't believe to be real republicans. For example, Jim, would YOU vote for Arlen Specter? Would you vote for someone who supports abortion, who voted against the impeachment of Clinton (and essentially misled the electorate about that, just prior to being re-elected in 1998?) Not to mention his past history on the Warren Commission?

WE have allowed the democratic party (and to a lesser degree, the GOP) to hijack us. Gunshy is absolutely right about this. And unless WE TAKE ACTION, nothing is going to change. And action does change things. You'd be surprised how much one letter to a congressional office, or to a newspaper or TV station, can achieve. It doesn't happen all the time. But your letter or call can be the straw that breaks the camel's back.

This is supposed to be an activist site. Voting for Republicans is fine. And Jim is right, the democratic platform is evil, and there was much evil accomplished under Clinton, probably much more than we even know.

But that evil continues. There are a lot of people without jobs in this country. Very shortly, the unemployment compensation for people laid off in the wake of 9/11 is going to run out. What is going to happen then? The GOP has had little or nothing to say about it.

It's all well and good for republicans to talk about cutting taxes and reforming social security. But when people have used up their (dried up) savings and maxed out their credit cards and can't find a job, and are still 20 years away from retirement age and have kids to feed, and are suddenly on the brink of becoming homeless, who do you think they're going to listen to, as it stands now? The democrats, or the republicans?

We can blame it on Bill Clinton and the democrats, but we better start looking at ourselves, imho. And calling the republicans to account, and quickly.
