A very strange thing happened at work today. When I went downstairs to get the mail, apparently an Air Force person dropped off a Happy Birthday USAF cake to the Chemical Engineering Dept. and told my boss it was thanks for all the support. Except me, no one knew it was the USAF birthday, and I knew because I had checked out the Canteen before work. Our dept. has a USAF grant that they do some research for. They never sent us a birthday cake before, so, I thought that was kind of neat! I was upset I missed the Airman, as I usually drag ROTC or any enlisted into my office and make them look at the FReeping pictures and tell them about the USO Canteen FReeper Style! HeeHee.

Anyway, it took my mind off stuff. I will try to get back here after practice to write up about the Sneak FReep this afternoon, but I still have a whole bunch of stuff to do. It is either feast or famine at work, as they say. Right now it is feast! And, I've missed a couple of days and need to get caught up.

Happy Birthday USAF. We love you!

Thanks for your report. How sweet they brought a cake. I'm sorry you missed the Airman too. :( What a disappointment. I bet he knows you love him though.

You, bluesagewoman, are having a positive effect on those around you. Be proud of your efforts! I sure am. And when you get down about the peaceniks, know that our troops have noticed your efforts. They have told us so.
