Yeah these Labour, Democrat, leftist, progressive, socialist wimps are always accusing us of hegemony and imperialism... I propose we show them what TRUE hegemony and imperialism are all about!
ACK ACK ACK A-TACK I-RAQ

No surprise. "you guys can look here, but not there". All of the bad stuff is 'there'.

One notices the red stars on his necklace, too bad it doesn't say "Firestone". Any one got a match?

"Armed forces chief General Jean-Pierre Kelche said an attack would bring chaos, adding: "We have to take him [Saddam] at his word." UHHHhhh... no, we don't. You Arab-loving French-commie imbecile. We should, however, take you to the shaming stump.

SHEEESH!! The French know but one tactic...SURRENDER!!You know why, prior to WWII, all the major French highways were lined with trees?
They knew that German Panzer troops liked to travel in the shade.
when is the w0RlD goINg to wAKe up & smelL the Kofi?

Ivan, while we are sitting here whiling away the hours till the boys go over to Iraq and solve this problem, hows about telling us what those Ghurkas, how do you spell it, will do to Saddamn once they find him and change his pants. That always does cheer me up when waiting for the planes and bombs to go.
To: MadIvan
This took less time then even I thought it would. I figured their smokescreen would last at least a day or two.

The appropriate cartoon for the USA and Britain now, facing the UN, Iraq, and these French weasels:
"Very well, alone" by David Low, 1940
Except the bombers are ours, thankfully. ;)

You do know all these France bashers would turn on Britain just as fast, Ivan?

You do know all these France bashers would turn on Britain just as fast, Ivan? Not as quickly as apparently you run to pacifism whenever anyone breathes a word about taking out Saddam.

Fortunately, your PM is a lot more concerned about Saddam than you are.
To: johnb838
Yup, now that you mention it. I was like 12 at the time though.

"You do know all these France bashers would turn on Britain just as fast, Ivan?" Not true, Byron...the Brits have always had the cajones to do what's right when the rubber meets the road, as have the Aussies on occasion. The French, OTOH, are largely Socialist wimps, who undercut America's noble efforts to make the World safe for Democracy...until of course they inevitably come beggin' US fer assistance!!

Great cartoon; great moment in British history.

No10 pointed out that during the last, failed, round of inspections, the Iraqi president redesignated about half of his most secret military installations as " presidential palaces", ruling them out of bounds to inspectors. LOL!!! SO TRUE! NO ONE CAN TRUST SADDAMNED!
