SO YOU ARE ACTUALLY A REAL BLONDE? Cool!

That other woman in the picture-the one with the black roots, she should be arrested for impersonating an idiot....Just look how far she went with the scam-she even spent 32 bucks on a silly fax call trying to prove she was a real blonde.... Some folks will go to any lengths to scam you, huh?

She accidentally locked herself in her car with all the windows rolled up. Fortunately another blonde came along nine years later and broke a window for her and she threw the keys out so the other blonde could unlock the doors.

I don't know what "facscious" is, but I think it's illegal in this state, especially between relatives (kinda like nepotism).

LOL, that was great ad campaign, but it could never withstand the onslaught of those people who believe they have a constitutional right not to be offended.

I think it's a great idea...I crochet...count me in!

Project: Warm the Troops! is collecting crocheted and knitted stocking hats, scarves, socks, and ear warmers that are being sent directly to the troops in Operation: Enduring Freedom and in nearby surrounding areas on active duty. The garments need to be made in the normal Basic Daily Uniform colors (black, beige, olive drab or similar green, navy) and can be made in either 100% wool, wool blend, or 100% acrylic.

The Ships Project is collecting crocheted, knitted and sewn earwarmers, gloves, mittens, slippers, scarves and socks that are being sent directly to the troops in Operation: Enduring Freedom. Dark, muted colors are best for the ground troops, but any color is fine for the sailors.

U.S. NAVY SCARF

#3 circular needle
Shetland, DK or Guernsey Weight Yarn

Cast on 158 sts. K1, P1 for 48". Bind off in rib.
Work one row of single crochet at each end, closing the tube edges together.
This pattern was adapted from Bernat's Handicrafter (Vol. XIII, No. 3): WARTIME HANDKNITS. Copyright 1942, Emile Bernat & Sons Co., Jamaica Plain, MA, USA

If you are not a crafter, you can still help!

The following items are also being collected. These items are being requested by the troops and will be included with the handmade items.
Note: All items should be purchased in small individual-sized packages as much as possible, and aerosol cans cannot be sent!

** chapstick/lipbalm **

** beef jerky **

** hard candy **

cough drops

granola bars

fruit bars

gum

snack pkgs. of: cookies, crackers, chips, sunflower seeds, nuts

** Twizzlers **

** Skittles **

DVDs of recent movies

** small bottles of hand sanitizer **

(**) indicates items most needed

Size.

When I was 8, my grandpa called me his 'little Black-Eyed Susan'.

When I was 20, my husband began calling me 'Sunflower'.
