Daschle's got bigger fish to fry now -- once he's finished changing his shorts from watching the UN speech...If he comes out with a load of horse-hockey now, he's done.

Daschle should marry Scott Ritter and move to Iraq.

THEN, Daschle comes out saying the President hasn't yet made his case, and says that placing a resolution in front of the Senate is "premature" because "the President hasn't asked for one yet." He means that Bush hasn't gotten down on his knees before him and asked him personally for a resolution. Dasshole IS the center of the universe, you know.

Daschle has many questions for his pollsters.

Thanks, Miss Marple. It's good to document his lies, although if we did all of them, we'd quickly run out of bandwidth.
Remember the May 5 comment about the reason for the high cost of the "farm bill". Daschle said it was because there wouldn't be all of those supplementals, like drought relief, in the future. Now he's demanding a $6 billion drought relief supplement.
Why are all DemocRATs pathological liars?

Why wouldn't the President make a public request? This is an important national issue.

Beady Eyed Daschle lies every time he speaks, he know no other way. He belongs to the evil side.

THEN, Daschle comes out saying the President hasn't yet made his case, and says that placing a resolution in front of the Senate is "premature" because "the President hasn't asked for one yet." A Lot of people have been documenting Daschle's then and now lies. Betty's Mailbox has a good page up on it.

Also shows Clinton's convenient flip flop on Iraq (more accurately not a flip flop cause he never was into it in the first place). Anyhow, I agree with you. Daschle is lying and just in this for the political gain.

What's Daschle thinking? Whent he hosue passes its resolution what's he gonna do? Stall on it?
To: Miss Marple
When someone lies on national television when it is so easy to discover the truth, what does that say about the person? Pathological? Definitely unsuited psychologically for the presidency. Daschle isn't equipped mentally to be dog catcher, and yet maintains aspirations to the highest office in the land. There's a disconnect with reality.

" Daschle Lies on National Television "
Gentle Lady- this should be a daily thread, not limited to just one day.

The comments are on tape, so I am hopeful Fox will air them this evening, and also hopeful talk radio will pick up on the comments. Did you send the info to Fox & Friends, Hannity, Bill O'Reilly, John Gibson and the rest? Perhaps more than one will air the info.

Discerning when a politician is lying can be difficult. Even when caught in a lie, they have an uncanny ability to wiggle out of it. Astute students of politics carefully study their words and sift them to determine accuracy.
This poor old Hobbit is tired of the game. Whenever Little Tommy Daschle opens his mouth, I assume he is lying. I have found this method to be both time saving and highly accurate. :)
