I think you can participate as an 'observer'. You have to register, I believe. Watch the process of transporting the ballots, feeding the counting machines, etc. But inspect the machines themselves? And see the source code?

Even still, observers can't be everywhere at once. Lots of error for pre-voted ballots, hacking, etc. Not to mention that it's all done by Voter News Service. A media organ.

Are these the counties that were considered Reno's base? Does this look all too familiar, too rehearsed, sort of the norm for democrats? Sabotage or are these people really so uneducated/stupid? Please take a look at this report, I have included a couple of examples...

http://www.FreeRepublic.com/forum/a3a12dc02503b.htm

”There is explicit statistical evidence of massive ballot tampering in Palm Beach FL. These ballots show Democratic voter fraud....NOT Republican fraud or "voter error" as publicized by the national media. Statistical evidence cannot prove any single ballot was tampered with, nor show which individual tampered with any single ballot. It can show specific places and times and methods where the fraud was done.

This means that Palm Beach FL had an error rate in favor of Gore more than 120 TIMES greater than any other county, (Two other heavily Democratic "inner city" counties (Flagler and Pinellas) had changes greater than 400 votes. Whether or not fraud existed in those counties is possible, but not analyzed here.) In a statistically valid recount, half of the errors would favor Bush, and half favor Gore. This extreme change from the normal in only three counties shows massive "tampering" towards Gore in those three counties between the original machine count (already tainted by fraud.) and the second machine recount........

Even as an observer you can't see inside a data cartridge or prove a vote was even recorded.

However, a freeper voter observation force for November 5 does have an appeal...

The Sun Sentinel adds this:-

U.S. Rep. Alcee Hastings, D-Miramar, said nothing Oliphant is accused of rises to the level of misdeeds he thinks were committed by former Secretary of State Katherine Harris in the 2000 election. He said Bush would face the wrath of black voters in the November election if he removes Oliphant.

“I dare the governor to remove her,” Hastings said. “He’ll create a firestorm that will eclipse the one he created in the One Florida plan. He’ll need Katherine Harris to count the votes for him again.”

Racism at it's worst.

Oliphant compounded her problems by firing all experience workers and hiring all her cronies.

Perhaps the secretary of state needs to send supervisors for the surpervisors. Video cameras to tape constantly the whereabouts of the voting machines.

No this is just Alcie Hastings a classic user of race crying as a tool. I am a black that has been wronged by the white man. He has used that cry since his career began.
By the way, has he been convicted of taking bribes lately? Or just years ago when they kicked him off the court bench?

And the 'usual suspects' will be doing the same tricks to try to help McLawyer beat Bush! We must work extra hard to get out the GOP vote to offset the RATs' fraud!

POINT NO. 1: BILL MCBRIDE = BILL CLINTON. McLawyer is dumber than Clinton though and beholding to him. I wonder what else the dems promised McLawyer to talk him into running?

"McLawyer, the White House can be yours someday". POINT NO. 2: WE CANNOT AFFORD THE TAXATION THAT WE WOULD BE HIT WITH.

BREAKING NEWS Thursday Evening: Janet Reno is not giving up. Maybe she should try to run for Miss North Carolina - she'd have just as good a shot at that in Court. This aint' over. Meanwhile, Jeb can prepare for his campaign based on his record, not upon if it's going to be tweedle-dee or tweedle-dum.

Is summer's pc in the shop again?

There was an organized effort to deny mean-faced, clip-haired women the right to vote.
