We will be participating in the requiem in Tucson, Arizona. Tune in to your classical radio affiliate (probably NPR) to hear a local performance or concert recording.

Even the ultra-libs at NPR couldn't nix this broadcast which like all requiems--that is, masses for the dead-- is a prayer for Christ's mercy on the day of judgment.

Most of the events you list sound like they will be blame America events. The "newly formed Middle Eastern ensemble Musique Sans Frontières" especially makes me suspicious. Probably related to the America hating Doctors Without Borders.

I'll be singing the Mozart Requiem with the Stockton Chorale at University of the Pacific campus Wed. at 7:00 pm. (A wonderful composition... the chorus gets all the good stuff - unlike, for example, Verdi's Requiem where the soloists have all the fun).

I've learned more about the score than I ever dreamed I could in four weeks. Good luck, Prince Caspian!

Thank you for the link. I used to watch Timmy every week because I felt like he had a little objectivity. That is until he staged an supposed interview with Hitlery, in which the set wound up being strewn with marshmallows. Now, I refuse to tune in, but I will listen to the audio sometimes on C-SPAN Radio.

We were just jumping in on someone else's comment about hoping to see all of the former presidents getting behind Bush on 9/11 to show unity. Somebody brought up how unlikely that would be particularly given I-X42's recent crock of clinton.

I understand that the Pentagon will be ready for reoccupation on Wednesday.

The head of Project Phoenix has been making the rounds on local D.C. media. He said the employees insisted their work be completed by 9/11/02 and he just got out of their way.
