Now that Labor Day and its usual politics have safely passed, we can turn our attention to the mid-term elections that are nearly upon us. With the glut of unpredictable factors, from the war on terrorism and the economy to a possible stand-down in politics by the vice president to unemployment and boardroom corruption, outcomes are impossible to predict.

What the media needs is a new Kennedy. All the ones they have are either broken or dead. If they had a real Kennedy to hype, the media would drop the Clintons like a hot rock.

I'd pick a Kennedy over a Clinton any day. At least Kennedys are fun to watch, don't have a "Power Uber Alles" attitude (they're just elitist), and have some</b sort of dedication to public service, albeit a highly misguided one from our point of view.

"she has some key voting blocs on her side: dead people, dogs, illegal aliens, felons, and the all-important non-existent people."

And if memory serves, I once heard that they had the crew of the Starship Enterprise numbered among their constituents. These people have made a mockery of the voting booth as well as every other institution that once made our system of government work. It is badly broken. To think that those who broke it could offer anything of value to fix it are delusional fools who do not deserve to vote.

Pundits seem to think that her presidency is a foregone conclusion.

I haven't noticed any pundits beyond the usual Clinton Suckups claim a Hillary presidency will ever happen. Well, them and a large contingent of Freepers who seem to think they are somehow as powerful today as they were when Bubba was president. They're not. Bill is permanently ruined politically, and Hitlerly is a nobody junior senator. He FBI files become more useless by the day. At least half the RATS want them gone forever because they've screwed over so many of them for their own personal political game. A good 35% of the country hates her with such a passion that they will turn out at the polls for no other reason than to vote AGAINST her. No PR campaign can repair the damage. She is a horrible public speaker; she only made it through Bill's eight years by having the Secret Service throw out anybody that might ask her a question she doesn't have a prefabricated answer for. The press would put up with that from a first lady, but not a presidential candiate. Etc, etc, ad infinitum.

She will never, ever, EVER be president.

"do you Ladies really want history to record forever that the first of your kind to sit in the Oval Office was Hillary Clinton? "

I doubt you will find many FReepettes who voted for her as senator of NY. At least give us FR ladies credit for having better sense. I daresay many American women have better sense. The scary ones are those that either don't vote or are too ignorant to know what they're voting for beyond the lies that some Rat operative spews on network TV.

we must remember that one day it is quite likely that Hillary will appoint the Attorney General that will inherit those powers.

We must also remember that Congress can yank those new powers at any time. If Hillary ever made it to the point where it looked like she might win the presidential election [an utter impossibility, IMHO], the GOP would ram through repeals of every single one of those bills, and Bush would sign them.

"them and a large contingent of Freepers who seem to think they are somehow as powerful today as they were when Bubba was president."

I think it is because we really thought that she couldn't win New York, that the voters, even there, had wised up. When she won, I think we are now afraid to underestimate her power. We already know that she will lie, cheat, steal and kill to get what she wants and to avoid being held accountable. It's hard to second guess such a person and his/her power of persuasion intimidation.

They are judged far more by their looks. Think of Fred Thompson and many others. Men can have a multitude of wrinkles and be fat and bald etc., both in entertainment and politics. Many seem to be inclined to think such atributes add "character" to men but with women the appraisal is much more critical.

Only in Tombstone, Arizona are we likely to find a stage that could accomodate such a great man in a manner most befitting his many great deeds.

They are working behind the scenes with MacAuliffe in all the governors' races. They are trying to shore up electoral votes by winning back democrat states that went for Dubya.

They want Jeb Bush's job. But, neither Reno or McBride can defeat Jeb Bush. McBride at 57 is hand picked by Terry MacAuliffe to go up against Reno. He is only driven by his ego.

I bet you the Jeb vs. his opponent debates will all be on c-span. I have the tentative dates posted at the top of Jeb Photo Pit Stop September edition. Tentative Debate Dates - 3. You don't have to look at the entire thread - that's why I put the debates first.

Watch whomever it is to fidget and squirm, especially the debate moderated by Tim Russert. That debate will finish off either Reno or McBride - two artificial human beings.

The corrupt Clintons win only if they allow only the Liberal Media to vote.

"Most Muslims in the Middle East, I'll guarantee you, don't know the last time we used our military power was to protect poor Muslims in Bosnia and Kosovo!"

Isn't Bubba grand for reminding everyone?

"The corrupt Clintons win only if they allow only the Liberal Media to vote."

In a sense, the fourth estate is voting by functioning as a latter day Goebbels manipulating the ignorance of the massive middle of the electorate. I would argue that the fourth estate is a fifth column bent upon returning all liberals, especially Hillary Regina and Bubba Rex, to the executive offices.

Many view this as improbable. I do not. The inability of so many to be in any way discriminating about political matters is the Achilles heel of our republic. Once the propaganda tsunami rolls, many will be swept along with it and accept HR as a VPOTUS draft on a Democrat ticket.

The HR/BR/McAuliffe Arky mafia is hard at work undermining Bush and preparing for a Presidential gambit. They have many minions remaining in the unpurged federal bureaucracies who will do their bidding. Leak information to the press. Undermine a military effort. Lie about anything.

Hermann Kahn, a cold-war strategist dealing with a different evil in the form of the USSR, wrote a book on nuclear war, "Thinking the Unthinkable." I now recall that title when envisioning the coronation of Hillary Regina.

God Help Us!
