Actually not a bad idea. We march in with 50,000 troops and one inspector......Saddam knows he is going to be outed and won't stand for that.....he blusters and orders his army to resist. We pop that army and say that Saddam has now resisted inspections and will be removed.

I actually like just removing Saddam alone better but hey, whatever gets the job done.

Something's been lost in the translation here. Perhaps Bush will propose a military occupation of Iraq to facilitate inspections as an alternative to war.
