Police in Philadelphia announced they are looking for a Chevy Cavalier, Enterpriise rental car, PA license plate DVT 1096, on its way to DC with explosives possibly in it. Man may be traveling with girl and dog.
Info came to police from the SECRET SERVICE. No other info yet. I will update as I hear anything on Fox.

They are now saying the man is from New Hampshire, the girlfriend is actually his wife, and that the man had disposed of all his possessions back home and made "threats against the government" before leaving town in his car. This car broke down last night outside of Philly and that's when he rented the Cavalier.
This story's gettin' weird.

Dog,
Please no slam is intended with this post, but I found it a little weird.
From this web site, clown phobia name:
Coprastasophobia- Fear of constipation.
Coprophobia- Fear of feces.
Coulrophobia- Fear of clowns.
Counterphobia- The preference by a phobic for fearful situations.
Cremnophobia- Fear of precipices.
Does anybody find a similarity between the name of the guy (perp) Jeffrey Cloutier
, somebody with clown phobia (technical name). When I spotted it, It gave me the willies!!!

Somebody had to make the connection between the bedroom slippers and a sleeper cell. LOL
It looked to me like he had a really, long rifle. I don't know anything about firearms but the cops were inspecting a long rifle. Now Fox News is having an update late afternoon.
They are at a DC Street Corner. 33 years old from NH. Bullets were spilling out of his pockets when police pulled him out of his car. Uh-oh. They searched the car TEN RIFLES AND SIX HANDGUNS. His own car broke down outside of Pa and the rental car made it to DC. He told his mom in Nh and a cab driver that he was unhappy with the way things are in Washington. THAT'S THE LATEST... Speed Typing. I'm glad they caught this guy. FV

It's a hilarious thread yes, and I'm glad they caught the guy too. That part is series IMO. FV

Fox reported that he had an arsenal in the car, lots of rifles and handguns. No explosives though.

Oh, my,let's hope the dog is not a freeper. We'll have to live that down!
To: sweetliberty
Yeah, as if not having explosives makes you a good guy (even though you have bullets spilling out of your pockets). Whatta country!
I couldn't tell if that was a picture of a man or a woman that was above in another post. Remember "Pat" from Saturday Night Live? Couldn't tell her gender either.

They searched the car TEN RIFLES AND SIX HANDGUNS. I'm glad they caught the guy too. Being in the same state as this NRA guy is scary, even if he never made it to the Western end of PA.

Very well done!

They searched the car TEN RIFLES AND SIX HANDGUNS. I'm glad they caught the guy too. Being in the same state as this NRA guy is scary, even if he never made it to the Western end of PA. Nothing illegal about having ten rifles and six handguns, even in DC, IF you have them locked away in the trunk, and unloaded. And IF you are just passing through. (courtesy of the federal Gun Owners Protection Act passing in early 80s.) If you live there, or work there, you are up the creek. Never mind the second amendment, which should be effective in the Federal District, if it's to be effective anywhere. If the guy is a wack job, and it sounds as if he is, then find something other than exercising a constitutional right to get him on, like being a whack job, or threatening a public official (although that may run afoul of the first amendment if the threat is not very specific).
I won't even dignify the identification of the subject an "NRA guy" with a response, except to say that *I* am an NRA guy, as well as GOA, CCRKBA, and JPFO guy. Oh and a TSRA (Texas State Rifle Association) guy too. The latter signified by the "Raging Bull" sticker on the rear window of my car, a red '99 Mazda 626 with Texas plates, just so you can look away if you see me coming.
