I don't believe there is a statute of limitations on rape, is there? Or is there? Does it have to do with leaving a state? {It's a subject most decent people don't have to know about.)
And remember, serial rapists (and Clinton is nothing if not a serial rapist) don't stop raping. If we can't get him for a past crime, we can keep our eyes on him and nab him for a future rape.
And then perhaps one day, the words associated with him will be "Convicted rapist; first elected president to be impeached."
Here's a sign we could use when we follow Clinton around at events:

And I know what I'm talking about; I'm a statistician.
My "proof?" Go to any prison and do a survey. Approximately ninety percent of convicted criminals either are democrats, or strongly identify with the crap spouted by the democrat party which, of course, is indistinguishable from the crap spouted by socialists and communists (who themselves are indistinguishable).
Criminals, like all socialists, feel entitled to whatever it is they took that landed them in prison in the first place, whether that thing was money, someone's life, or a little poo****g.
The democrat party is the party of criminals and MUST be outlawed, just as the Nazi Party was outlawed in Germany after WWII.

As I watched Rick Lazio's interview on Fox News this morning, I felt compelled to write this open letter to you, Mrs. Clinton. Brit Hume asked Mr. Lazio's views regarding you as a person and how he perceived you as a candidate. Rick Lazio did not answer the question, but I know that I can. You know it, too.
I have no doubt that you are the same conniving, self-serving person you were twenty-two years ago when I had the misfortune to meet you. When I see you on television, campaigning for the New York senate race, I can see the same hypocrisy in your face that you displayed to me one evening in 1978. You have not changed.
I remember it as though it was yesterday. I only wish that it were yesterday and maybe there would still be time to do something about what your husband, Bill Clinton, did to me. There was a political rally for Mr. Clinton's bid for governor of Arkansas. I had obligated myself to be at this rally prior to my being assaulted by your husband in April, 1978. I had made up my mind to make an appearance and then leave as soon as the two of you arrived. This was a big mistake, but I was still in a state of shock and denial. You had questioned the gentleman who drove you and Mr. Clinton from the airport. You asked him about me and if I would be at the gathering. Do you remember? You told the driver, "Bill has talked so much about Juanita", and that you were so anxious to meet me. Well, you wasted no time. As soon as you entered the room, you came directly to me and grabbed my hand. Do you remember how you thanked me, saying "we want to thank you for everything that you do for Bill". At that point, I was pretty shaken and started to walk off. Remember how you kept a tight grip on my hand and drew closer to me? You repeated your statement, but this time with a coldness and look that I have seen many times on television in the last eight years. You said, "Everything you do for Bill". You then released your grip and I said nothing and left the gathering.
What did you mean, Hillary? Were you referring to my keeping quiet about the assault I had suffered at the hands of your husband only two weeks before? Were you warning me to continue to keep quiet? We both know the answer to that question.
Yes, I can answer Brit Hume's question. You are the same Hillary that you were twenty years ago. You are cold, calculating and self-serving. You cannot tolerate the thought that you will soon be without the power you have wielded for the last eight years. Your effort to stay in power will be at the expense of the state of New York. I only hope the voters of New York will wake up in time and realize that Hillary Clinton is not an honorable or an honest person.
I will end by asking if you believe the statements I made on NBC Dateline when Lisa Myers asked if I had been assaulted and raped by your husband? Or perhaps, you are like Vice-President Gore and did not see the interview.

"Vice President Al Gore 'sputtered and stammered' when asked Tuesday about Juanita Broaddrick’s charge that Bill Clinton raped her in a Little Rock hotel room years ago when Mr. Clinton was attorney general of Arkansas, Matt Drudge reports on his Internet site.
Mr. Drudge included a transcript of Mr. Gore’s response at a campaign event in Derry, N.H., on Tuesday. A resident of Derry asked, 'When Juanita Broaddrick made the claim, that I felt quite credible, that she was raped by Bill Clinton, did that change your opinion about him being one of the best presidents in history? And do you believe Juanita Broaddrick’s claim? And what did you tell your son about this?'
Mr. Gore laughed, and then said, 'Well, I don’t know what to make of her claim, because I don’t know how to evaluate that story, I really don’t.'
The vice president said he did not see the television interview with Mrs. Broaddrick. He then rambled on about not violating communications within his family, in regard to the last question. He went on to say, 'I think whatever mistakes [Mr. Clinton] made in his personal life are in the minds of most Americans balanced against what he has done as a president.'
Mr. Gore said Bill Clinton was his friend, 'and if you’ve ever had a friend who made a serious mistake and then you repaired the friendship and moved on, then you know what that relationship has been like for me.'
Mr. Gore did not stop there. 'I felt the same disappointment and anger at him during the period when all this was going on that most people did,' he said.
The vice president went on for several more sentences, but what was more interesting was what he did not say: The vice president never challenged Mrs. Broaddrick’s charges; nor did he express doubt that Mr. Clinton would be capable of such a thing."
