You had to say goodbye to your son again, didn't you? It hurts like hellYes. And yes.
Didn't kids used to just grow up and take over the farm or the apothecary shop, or general store?
Whatever happened to those days?
Thanks for the prayers, kitkat!

Seven, what is going on with Bill Gertz that you mentioned him? "WAR RACKKKKK" I haven't heard any news today so I don't know what has been going on today.

Looks to me like he's trying to tickle one of the soldiers under the arm! :o)

I am worried about the leaked documents in the Gertz book.
Is it a phoney issue or a real security risk?

HEH! HEH! HEH!
I hope to be seeing you at Erlich's innaugeration as governor! HE! HE!
But, seriously, I'm beginning to think Erlich has a really good chance of winning. I've seen more campaign stickers for him than for Townsend.
And a lot of democrat's who are "turned on" to Erlich.
BTW: Am I spelling Erlich's name right?

When i saw photos of x42, i just couldn't look at them, nor could i listen to him speak. It was like nails on a chalkboard, because he dripped deceit and condescention. I have no problem looking at photo's of President Bush, nor listening to him, or even reading what he's written. I've enjoyed visiting the White House website. The man inspires me. And it has nothing to do with political parties, money, or anything like that. He strikes me as a straight shooter, and one who is really up to the indescribable challenge that being the president of this land in this day and age must be. I do thank God for him.

"Didn't kids used to just grow up and take over the farm or the apothecary shop, or general store? Whatever happened to those days?"OWF let me start by saying that so many of us wish we could be as proud of our children as you must be of yours. Your son Eric is a hero to all of us and I can only imagine the pride you must feel knowing you raised such a fine young man. You need not to be blue.
It's families like yours that makes this country so great, The entire country is blessed to have such fine young men like Eric who are willing to serve thier country.
God Bless You and Your Family, You represent all that's good about America and I salute you and your husband

What was he doing in the last picture in #11.
He's finishing off a salute, I believe.

The guy on the right was interviewed on Fox this afternoon, and was
really impressed with the President's fitness, especially his resting heartrate of 44 (which he said made him jealous!)
The words on the screen during the interview said BUFF BUSH! LOL! I think somebody on Fox reads the Dose at night!

Thanks Mike. Thanks.
I'm sure you heard that enlistment numbers are up. Eric said that his platoon almost got bumped to another base because of the numbers of young people who have signed up.
September 11 for some. Great Commander in Chief for others, but so many who just want to serve their country.
As someone who remembers the 50's when post-War patriotism was high, and was a teenager in the sixties when it all but disappeared, and remembers all too well the Carter 'malaise,' I still have to pinch myself to believe this is real!
Oh, btw......we're still getting smiles and waves for our "You should thank me. I voted for Bush" bumper sticker! Do you have any more, in case we can ever afford a new car?! LOL!
