Later this evening, Sean asked that the following be passed on to the D.C. Chapter:
"Thank you guys for coming. The D.C. Chapter was really nice and I appreciate you coming out today."
EAGLES UP !!!

Great report!!!
Now, if I can get SuzanneC's attention, maybe she will re-issue that invitation for us to go to Sean's booksigning tomorrow night in Alpharetta, GA.
Let me see now...which of Angelwood's buttons should I wear?

Thanks for the report Kristinn and thanks for giving Pakistani Lanny the what for!

Thanks for the report. I hope to meet up with Sean sometime on his book tour. I'm amazed that you guys showed up to greet him, after all the things he said about FR recently (which was due to a call a made to his show). You were kind of enough to welcome him anyway and made him feel welcome. He was gracious enough to acknowledge you, greet you, and sign books. He's a great guy.

Thanks for the report. The enthusiasm of the audience came through loud and clear on the radio show. I am not surprised that Borders' underestimated the number of people who would actually want to see the author of a 'conservative' book.
You all had a bigger crowd than the Reparations March on the Mall last week!

Great report! I listened to the show and was so surprised that Sean introduced the show acknowledging the DC chapter. I thought he was mad at this site, no?
Who was the woman who wanted to debate Lannie after a break but I didn't hear her mentioned again. I wondered if she was a Freeper!
I have missed seeing your name on posts lately! Regards!

About 60 chairs in rows were set up in front of the table for the audience. That was an exceedingly small number of chairs for those who showed up. Folks packed the part of the store where Sean was, trying to see him; while those with books formed a line that snaked its way all around the perimeter of the second floor.Later, at the newsroom of the Washington Post...
1,000 PEOPLE SHOWED UP FOR THAT NAZI?!? #@$^$*&%^&#$^@%!!!

So Lanny thought he needed to wash his hands...?
I'd think he should shower, after serving under that slime Clintoon!
You rock, Kristinn.... Thanks for saying what we all wished we could say!

I caught a bit of this tonight on the way home. Sean replays in Boston in the evening. As soon as I heard the laughind and jeering at Lanny, I knew you guys had to be there. :-}

I just read this blurb on Rush's site. Isn't she the one who cussed you and the DC chapter during a Saturday freep at the WH?
Consultant Chris Black, who used to be a newspaper reporter in Boston and was very active during the House impeachment hearings as a network contributor, has the job of remaking Mrs. Heinz.
As in Mrs. John F. Kerry

Thanks DC Chapter for representing us today. Great Report

I'm looking forward to Sean's appearance here in the San Francisco Bay Area on Monday. His book is outstanding!!! I'm almost finished reading it.

Great report! I listen to Sean everyday and love his show, but of course, today I had to work and miss it, darn it! Love that you got to tell Jihad Lannie Davis what a scum he is.
I don't think Sean is coming to my area, but I am going to buy his book and I know I will love it!
Thanks so much DC Chapter for representing us in such a commendable way!
To: kristinn; Angelwood
Congratulations on a great Freep all you DC members!
I wish I could have joined you again.
The report is wonderful. I was listening on the radio, and knew you were there, but this fills in all the blanks.
You represent us all very well. Thank You!

It sounds like Sean Hannity's booksigning was a successful event. I wish for him great success with his book as I'm sure the rest of the FReepers do. Even though I don't know you guys personally, somehow I feel so proud of you all for all of the effort you put into what you believe is right. Trueblackman - if/when you have to miss a special social event to be on your friends show...kristinn -- if/when you are writing your notes for some FR event -- never get down or think that your hard work and effort doesn't make a difference; it does...sooooo much. Not only does the DC chapter represent the DC chapter but all of us who live in places far away from our nations capital. You are people who represent 'we the people' - the grassroots conservatives/constitutionalists/etc of America - who would be standing there beside you all if we could. Thanks to all of you, you guys and gals are the 'bestest'!!!!!!!!!!

So, is there anything of actual interest in the book itself, or is it another one of these "Hey, my agent says I hafta cobble together something to capitalize on my temporary fame!" deals?
Insights, or nostrum rehash?
To: kristinn
Hey kristinn! You guys RAWK!!!
I hope I can make it to Sean's appearance in San Francisco - I have to work Monday night and can't make the Commonwealth Club appearance. So glad to hear you guys welcomed him to the event in true Freeper Style! Just finished listening to the Hour 2 replay on KSFO.
I send his producer quite a bit of the original and not-as-easy-to-find stuff, and it sounds like hostile callers haven't turned him from the conservative warriors on FreeRepublic.
Eagles UP!!!

How do I find out where he's going to be? Mainly I'm wondering if he's gonna make a trip out here to San Diego.
Thanks to whoever replies!

...Sean opened the broadcast by saying,
"We're here in Washington, D.C. at Borders Books.
In the audience we have the Free Republic D.C. Chapter...."
Woo Hoo! Way to go, DC Chapter!!! This forum needs MORE FRiends like Sean in the conservative media. Thank you for promoting our good name - with your ACTIONS.
Go, Sean, Go!
