No evidence he was a pedophile.
No evidence anyone went through that door.
Even if they did, the doors between the house and garage were locked.
Where is the evidence anyone entered at all?

no, crystalk is not a disruptor. You need to read the threads that have been running throughout this trial. They are an AMAZING thing to behold.

It is chilling...I am praying for a guilty verdict
To: ~Kim4VRWC's~
I think they are talking about 10 out of state witnesses that the defense failed to submit as discovery to the state which is the law.

Good analysis, my friend, It is worth noting that the judge in this case never had to read the "Allen Charge" to the jury. As you known, but others don't, when a jury indicates to the judge that it is having trouble reaching a unanimous result, it is permissiible for the judge to issue them the Allen Charge, which is telling them to "reexamine the evidence, consult with your fellow jurors, and seek to reach a unanimous verdict, if you can do so without violating your own conscience as a juror."
That charge is the last step before the judge declares a mistrial. That step was not reached nor was necessary in this trial. That, also, leads to the conclusion that this will be a guilty verdict.

They are an AMAZING thing to behold. Amazing for the ad nauseum repetition and the degree to which these people have dedicated their entire lives to one trial.

If I were on the jury, I would acquit the innocent ones like this, but would be just as vicious on the guilty ones as you want to be here.Me? Read my post and say that again.
For someone making a claim to extraordinary insightful perception, you point that finger of yours rather carelessly...

You don't suppose the Florida girl...
To: Coop
I dunno. Where's the evidence Bill Clinton ordered those E-mails destroyed? Oooh, great argument. Bill Clinton was scum, and a criminal President. Therefore we should convict David Westerfield of murder.
Care to mention O.J. too?
