[history]
The New York Times is under fire for its coverage of the growing Iraq debate and the paper's decision to print gay union announcements. Is the paper being targeted by the political right or does its coverage reveal a bias against going into Iraq? Are gay unions fit to print on the wedding pages? Conservative author Ann Coulter debates the issues. Next, controversy is brewing over what schools should teach students about September 11. What should be the top priority to teach in the classroom? Different sides square off. Then, Martha Stewart is scheduled to turn over e-mail and cell phone records to congressional investigators today in connection with the investigation of her ImClone stock sales. Is Martha getting grilled only because of her stardom? Has she become a target or are there legitimate questions to be answered? We take stock of it all.

Never watch Crossfire unless a solid conservative like Coulter is on.
If I want to listen to lies, I'll ask my teenage nephew about his car driving practices. Much more entertaining.

"All the news that it is fit to print" or is it "all the news that fits?"
To: Madcelt
I trust I made up for that horrific pic by providing the one directly beneath it.

In a word,....yes.

"In keeping with the rules of FR. Pictures are mandatory."
ahem...its bad enough that Ann is prob being stalked by Bruce Lindsey & his Gang of Thugs. I'd hate for her to discount FR as a refuge of last resort simply b/c so many us find a need to post sexy pics of her whenever she's involved in a thread! :)

I cannot believe how seriously everyone here takes Ann Coulter. While I agree that she is a very fluent debater, and watching her calmly and logically argue around spluttering liberals can be amusing, has she really had an original idea or thought of her own?
She throws bombs and says outrageous things for the sake of ratings. She's a semi-starved waif. Her writing IS VERY shrill.
The Coulter worship is amusing too.

She throws bombs and says outrageous things for the sake of ratings JJm2111, thank you so much for your thoughtful, sparkling contribution to this thread.
I know I will be eagerly awaiting any other contributions you may be compelled to post regarding Ms. Coulter or any other subject upon which you can bring your insight, wit or clarity to bear.
Honest.

Coulter should not go back to Crossfire. They abused her last time. Even Tucker Carlson jabbed her for her comment about Eva Braun.
Crossfire is in danger of cancellation. They are putting her on for ratings and will desperately do anything to get them.

"She's a semi-starved waif." No, she is a well-fed, fit and toned waif. Don't put it down, friend. Many many of us here LIKE the look.

I understand, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I'd love to see what she eats for dinner though. 10 grains of rice and half a celery stalk.

Thank you so much. Very few people notice my ingenious wit immediately. The profound simplicity of my disturbing, I mean profound, thoughts tend to impress on people slowly.
If you want to join my personality cult, I mean fan club, please send an email to

Again, welcome aboard!! :)

I did not see that donahue show but i did see an article about it on another thread. I thought the Southern Baptist was fine. Its clear that anyone who believes that Jesus Christ is THE way THE truth and THE life will be instantly declared a bigot racist nazi.

I hate Crossfire. CarVILE and Svengali Begala make me wretch. I haven't watched Crossfire since the days of Tom Braden and Pat Buchanan, but I hear it's a bad joke these days (since the new format). Begala is one of the worst humans on earth; Carville can at least sometimes be entertaining, but most of the time he's a bitter partisan hack. Can you imagine just how thoroughly his wife must kick his @ss at home? Now THAT would be a reality T.V. series worth watching.
