First, look at California's governer. That ought to tell you something about more than half the voting public (unless there was rampant fraud in their last election). Second, we have water and a majority of people in Tenn, KY, and Miss. are actually American citizens.

If you want to know why California is rated 3rd world, spend a week touring Los Angeles County. You will have your answer! I advise having an armored vehicle in Watts and Inglewood.
