Once again I'd like to nominate Robert Mugabe for the 2002 Pol Pot Humanitarian Award.
He's lookin' good to make his own bloody mark in history! Right up there in the Socialist Pantheon with Mao, Stalin, Pol Pot himself, of course, and in a position to pull well ahead of other aspiring Democratic Liberators of Struggling Masses.
I mean, in terms of human liquidations, Mugabe could pass Castro in a fortnight!
