The Liberal's soft spot for criminals is intentional. By keeping the populace in terror (through the early release of, release on technicalities of, or refusal to prosecute violent criminals) the Left can impose it's collective, Statist will on a helpless population that is too terrified to resist.

When I was at the library the other day I saw a book written by a confessed killer. Don't know if he was writing it as a way of saying he's sorry for all his murders. Don't remember last name, first name is Ian.
Wonder how many people are using it as a "how-to" book.

how bout the remainder of his sentence be served in general prison population.Or put him in an area with street gangs or other ethnic groups.somebody wanting the publicity will shank this bozo.Then you try the killer for murder and keep that guy off the streets for life.Sounds like a way to keep him out of society.
If that is unworkable. Just make sure his address post prision is plastered all over the media.
