President Bush spent the day at Baylor University, attending the Administration's Economic Forum. The forum, attended by many business leaders and educators, was divided into four sections:
1. Small Investor and Retirement Security
2. Corporate Responsibility
3. Healthcare Security
4. Economic Recovery and Job Creation
In addition to the President, Vice President Cheney, Rod Paige, and Tommy Thompson also attended. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!

From the comments I've seen on FR about Rush's musings of late, it seems someone slapped some sense into him. I think he's found his compass again.

Oh, yeah.
I remember when I would actually listen to Drudge on Sunday night and get on the Drudge live thread.
He just got worse and worse. More and more whiney and petty. Rude and sarcastic to callers and snide about the President.
He used to pretend to care about things like abortion but now that we have a pro-life President all he can do is try to undermine him.
I checked on the Drudge thread Sunday just for curiousity and it was about 20 posts long. At one time it would be really long (but not as long as Day in the life threads).
I also remembering listening to Drudge on the old Mary Matalin radio show, another person I used to like, but no longer trust for some strange reason. (some REALLY strange reason). (ha, ha)

Thanks so much, RWP!!!
We know that during the President's "vacation" pictures won't be available every day so we cherish these days even more.

Transcripts of the Economic Forum are on www.whitehouse.gov. I don't know if her speech is on there, but that is where I would check.

"A lot of that money has nothing to do with national emergency," Bush said Tuesday. "I understand their position and today they're going to learn mine - we'll spend none of it." YES SIR ...

I have really started to enjoy listening to Rush again.
I don't know what his problem was for a while there, but lately, every once in a while he will say something like, "we don't know everything that's going on."
I think he finally realized that Dubya knows exactly what he is doing and even if he does something along the way that Rush doesn't like, he still deserves to be supported and trusted.

Yes, Old Serpent Head.
How would you like to wake up next to that?
It would make you want to go back into your nightmare.
Speaking of Carville, has he gone into hiding? I haven't heard a thing about him lately.

That must be it. Far be it from them to seek the high road and look towards leaders who will spur them on to seek a purpose higher than their self indulgent, partisan agendas. I get the same visceral reaction looking at McAuliffe as I do seeing the impeached one and his wife.

Yeah, he's definitely back on track. He seemed
very pleased with the President today, and was razzing McAuliffe and Daschle mercilessly! He's much better when he criticizes the
bad guys, and not the
HERO! LOL!
NordP.......we've got to come up with her name, and write to the RNC!
Got to get to bed now.......good night all!!

How in the world did you train your cat to use the toilet?! It's SO CUTE! lol!
