SHOCKER!
Farouk Murad the former U.N. employee accused of aggravated battery and assault on a minor in a Marco Island Hilton was a no show in court this morning after promising authorities he was going to show up. Murad's attorney entered a not guilty plea for him.
The mother of the girl was quite angry she wasn't notified and spent the morning looking for him and to no avail NOTHING.
The Naples Daily News will be doing a story on this due for release after midnight. Murad had reportedly offered a money settlement before leaving the country but it was denied.
Stay tuned.....

I'd bet dollars to donuts it's a RAT!!If you can find that out for sure, there's a prize. :D
On one of the previous threads on this case, a bunch of people tried to find out the political affiliations of all involved, and came up empty.

"He may find the reception in Saudi Arabia a little hotter than it was here in the states. They don't treat rapists kindly there......"They don't treat kindly proven rapists.
To be a proven rapist, there must have been 4 Muslim men who witnessed the crime, and the victim must have been Muslim, too.
They DO treat harshly any Muslim who has brougt unfavorable attention to, well, Muslims. In other words, if a Muslim makes Islamicists look bad, and the world catches on, he's toast. Rape and pilliage all you want, just don't make it look like it's a Muslim thing. Do what you want, just don't get caught. Bad press, you know. Can't fool the infidels if this stuff gets out.
What a great religion. NOT!

Thanks for the update, MFH. It sure wasn't a surprise to those of us who've been following this mess, was it? #%&!^%#! judge!!! From reading the thread, it looks like all of us have big black clouds spitting forked lightning and rumbling over our heads.
I really feel for that little girl and her mother. What they must be going through right now.

They should go after the Judge that decided he wasn't a flight risk in the first place.

I hope that you are correct . Seeing this as an assault on the west I think that any shot that they take on us has a value to them back in the middle east .

Interpol was some time in the past a valid network of folks who used to do the right thing . They actually did some good work in the past , but it does escape me at this moment .
I wish that I had a cousin who knew a neighbor who had a friend in the mailroom who smoked cigar's , who knew ... It could happen .
I'd put cash on our own before Interpol . He can be found ; yes .

No .. As a society with the power to be educated we should get that way . My emotional replies are well documented as is your's today .
It is not a stable long term platform to build on for the future of states rights , nor the origional constitution .

Your response #52, I assume from your comment that you think Judges can make gross reckless mistakes that can cost people their lives and should not have any penalty assessed against them. I totally disagree with you. When you are negligent you should pay the price wheather are a judge or just a common man.

No Sir . I dont think that emotions should ever be a factor in applying the rule of law . In fact I hold judges in the most contempt when this happens .
Especially FedGov appointed jurisprudence keepers of the gate . I'm in network marketing Bob . I meet slackers every hour of my life .
I do not make time for people who tell me there is no controlling legal authority . period . Without laws we have not a prayer as a viable energetic producing society .
Respectfully thanking you for allowing me to reply to you . Thank you for taking the time to at least ask Bob .
