ANOTHER EXCERPT>>>>>
In another case, some participants in a massive methamphetamine ring allegedly sent millions of dollars to Hezbollah.
"It's the first time we've seen drug proceeds going back [from this country] to a terrorist organization," said Asa Hutchinson, director of the Drug Enforcement Administration.
The massive methamphetamine smuggling investigation, dubbed Operation Mountain Express, resulted in the January arrests of about 100 people in 10 cities. It also found evidence of close ties between Mexican drug trafficking organizations and Arab American organized-crime groups in New York, Michigan and Canada.
Arab gangs in Canada truck millions of tablets of pseudoephedrine -- an over-the-counter cold medicine ingredient that is legal in that country -- into the United States, where it is sold to Mexican gangs that use it to manufacture methamphetamine, officials said. Authorities have tracked $10 million in the gang's profits to the Middle East. The government has traced a portion of that money to accounts that are used by Hezbollah, officials said.
Also among the schemes that agents are scrutinizing is coupon fraud, which offers enormous profits in increments of 10 or 20 cents at a time.
Criminals hire underlings to scour trash bins and recycling centers for bundles of newspaper inserts containing retail coupons. The coupons are brought to neighborhood store owners who are part of the scheme. They redeem the coupons without selling products. In the end, the store owner and the coupon gang split the money.

These Muslim scammers are going to hurt the Muslims that operate honest convenience stores. I have seen freepers who say they will not patronize the Muslim owned convenience store they used to.
These are cash businesses and easy to evade taxes and use as base of operations for scams.

"It's the first time we've seen drug proceeds going back [from this country] to a terrorist organization," said Asa Hutchinson, director of the Drug Enforcement Administration. This statement confirms the fact that the (government, was it the DEA?) was pulling at straws when they aired those Super Bowl anti-drug commercials. On top of that, buying cigarettes, alcohol, ice cream, gasoline, phone cards, and almost anything at a convenience store is helping the terrorists' financing. Always blame the druggies when those facts are politically uncomfortable. I bought take-out from a place that was closed by the FBI. Is my food comsumption going to be publically rebuked during the World Series?
Living in NJ, the amount of scams that have been rumoured to be connected to all kinds of Muslims with evil intentions against the people in this country have been numerous. Dominoes and other franchise eateries, cig smuggling, fake phone cards, car insurance scams, drug distribution, gas station fronts, and rumors about almost every cash business you can thing of, including one rumor I heard of with a group of ice cream trucks.
Honest, or so I believe, Muslim businessmen working in the communities where these fronts were located have seen their customers disappear, and have closed shop. One man near me had his establishment attacked. If this continues, the economic segregation seen throughout the UK will intensify here, stirring the pot for years to come.

It wouldn't surprise me that authorities are singling out Arab and Muslim businesses for scrutiny, given the presumption of guilt we've confronted from government since September 11th," said Ibrahim Hooper, spokesman for the Council on American-Islamic Relations
OH NO! Not racial profiling!

"Just where does the money come from?"Here's the truly interesting question, though: Where does the money go? The records the Israelis confiscated from Arafat show him paying about $150 per suicide bomb belt. The whole 9/11 operation cost $500K tops. Nichols and McVeigh obliterated a federal building and killed 300 people for what, about $3,000?
Seems like the "market rate" for terrorism is around $100 per casualty, so with even just $10 million flowing into these organizations we ought to see 100,000 casualties. At that exchange rate, the Saudis ought to be able to wipe out all of Israel for under a billion dollars. But of course that's not happening. The fact is, terrorism is just window dressing for Arafat and his gangsters, just performance art that brings in the contributions. The vast bulk of the money lines the pockets of the leaders.
That's what's most galling about the leftists who call Arafat's thugs "freedom fighters." Forget the fact that it's morally repugnantit's stupid and naïve. Give that kind of funding to, say, the maquis, and World War II would have been over by 1943 as every SS unit got tied up in counterinsurgency work in France. Give that money to today's dissidents in Iran and China, and there'd be freedom there within the year and decade respectively. Arafat is just a mafia don, plain and simple, living in decadence off the blood of Jews and Arabs. I cannot even begin to understand why the Palestinians don't rid themselves of this kleptocrat.

BTW did anyone see Norm Mineta on 60 mins. last night?I did. The gist of it was that since Norman Minetta was in a Japanese internment camp in WW2 we can't have racial profiling at airports. He is insane. He very calmly and bloodlessly said this. Still, Norm takers his orders from GWBush so it's the fault of our President.
PREDICTION:
If/when we sock it to Iraq/ And if the Muslims make some good size terrorist incidents here/ Stupid Minetta will be heaved overboard and we will have racial profiling at the airports. I also have nothing against the internment of our Japanese during WW2.
