WOW, today is my FOUR YEAR ANNIVERSARY at Free Republic !

1Old Pro signed up 1998-07-30.
I registered on Free Republic 4 years ago today, and that was after lurking for 6 months or so.
Free Republic remains the top internet site for news and opinion. I haven't become bored with it, I haven't found anything better, and I am still addicted.
The Free Republic forum is an incredible and valuable source of news, information, links, and the posters (by and large) are knowledgable and entertaining. Here's to another 4 years ( of George Bush and Free Republic)

Short timer.:-}} LOL, I remember someone once showing us how you could actually get a "number" on a poster based on registration date. In other words, you could have been the 100th person to sign up, or something like that.
