Now, as much as part of me wants to see the perp suffer horribly before death, that just means I am stooping to ITs level. I believe IT will suffer plenty when God rejects its soul, but in the mean time, a quick .357 to the back of the head will suffice.

How about tying the sack to a bungee cord, so that the perp can relive the experience of the drop twenty or thirty times before he is finally thrown over without the cord?
