"PS: If you go to Ingram, go to Hunt Crossing and Criders and take pictures for me." You got it, Spookie!
Consider it done!
Isn't it strange that the things we see every day and get so used to that we don't even consciously see them anymore, are the things we miss the most?
A good friend, who puts me in the shade with her Texas poetry, told me recently that where she lives, she misses seeing the horizon.
I had never thought about it, but if I couldn't see the horizon I'd go nuts.

Hi everybody!!!!! kneezles and I just got home from church. It was an all day affair today. It was AWESOME!!!! The church time ended up being people sharing their testimonies. It was soooooo incredible. The preacher didn't even give a sermon ( he had planned too give a sermon, but God took over :) ) . It was so great to hear how God is working in so many people's lives. Then we had a lunch afterwards, so we are just getting home. What a great day it has been.
It looks like things are really hoppin around here. It's time for me to try and get caught up. (((HUGS)))

COB, I always could tell when winter was over when the Mesquite trees started blooming. That's how I knew when it was ok to plant tomatoes.
Thank you so much for taking pictures for me. I haven't lived in Ingram since I was 14 but it will always be my HOME. DH doesn't know it yet, but we are retiring in Hunt. Every time I go home there, my heart feels as if it's been ripped out. I ache so bad for it. We would be living there now if there were computer jobs in Kerrville. I miss those German inspired rock houses.
Sob!
