Retired airline Pilot Capt. Ray Lahr has brought suit against the NTSB for release of the data pertaining to the alleged "zoom-climb" by TWA800. NTSB has stated that this event was what the hundreds of witnesses observed prior to the TWA800 explosion.

So are you confessing your sins to us Asmondeus? One would have to assume as much, as you have not answered any questions posed to you concerning evidence (or that purported to be evidence by you). You have done nothing but speculate, allegate, and accuse. The material that you've posted has been shown to be incorrect, flawed, and misguided.

The only purpose I can see for you to post that blurb is that you want to come clean. Is that what you want to do Asmodeus?

You continued to smear the late Commander Donaldson and portray him as a opportunistic flake. You continued to portray those of us that seek the truth in this matter as "vigilante Storm Troopers", "Tinfoil hats", and various other derogotory terms.

It is YOU who calls himself Asmodeus, which IS a demonic name attributed to the "destroyer" in the Book of Revelations. I find it peculiar and odd that you would utilize that name as your screen name here on FR.

Capt Ray Lahr's lawsuit against NTSB has been dismissed without prejudice by the courts. A dismissal without prejudice means the plaintiff has the right to refile.

Your words, not mine. Donaldson discredited himself with his inept "analysis" of witness reports. He was unqualified by training and experience for the roles he attempted to assume of [1] expertly interviewing the witnesses, and [2] expertly analyzing the witness reports.

Your assertion that Commander Donaldson is "inept" in his analysis is without merit, as you have not proven yourself an expert in anything. You CLAIM to be an expert, but refuse to explain why we should believe that. And for you to say that Commander Donaldson has "discredited" himself is a furthur indication that you have no sense of shame..

He was unqualified by training and experience for the roles he attempted to assume of [1] expertly interviewing the witnesses, and [2] expertly analyzing the witness reports.

He has performed triangulations of the witness reports, along with analysis of the trajectories of what they saw. You haven't performed ANY analysis in any true sense, but have simply disparaged the witnesses.

His experience in aviation accident investigations gives him the ability to analyze witness reports in relation to that accident.

You demonstrate no such experience, thus your proclamations of expertise are highly questionable. The witness statements speak for themselves, and you apparently have a problem with what those statements say.

Hmmmm, it looks like the courts agree with my opinion of Lahr's lawsuit. Or maybe they are part of the coverup too.
By the way, does anyone still participating in this thread really believe that anyone reads the multiple page posts bogging down this thread? You've got to be kidding me. Some of them must be 10 full pages of cut-n-paste. And they are coming from both sides, so no claims about anyone trying to bury the thread.

I work with this type of thing all day long, it's basically meaningless. Furthermore it was dismissed without prejudice, meaning Lahr can and has refiled.

A "careful reading" of Lahr's FOIA request will clearly reveal that not only has he refiled his lawsuit, but that he has also revealed the chemical composition of chemtrails, and has rewritten all of Newton's laws. Well, I can't say I didn't ask for that. Ask (for a new thread) and ye shall recieve. It doesn't look like your new thread is getting a very good reception though. I once had a friend who printed the name "Peter Penucki" on all his books, luggage tags, clothes, etc. Peter Penucki was of Lithuanian descent and ruler of the dark side of the moon. It was a running joke started by his (my friend's) older brothers. Good luck finding the real Peter Penucki.
Now, since you have time to start new threads, why don't you start one titled "Lahr's Lawsuit Dismissed (without prejudice)". Of course, you may want to leave out that little tidbit about him refiling the lawsuit until he does.
