Capt Ray Lahr's lawsuit against NTSB has been dismissed without prejudice by the courts. A dismissal without prejudice means the plaintiff has the right to refile.

Capt. Lahr has in fact reworded and refiled another FOIA request.

I have a feeling that this matter will never fully be revealed, and will remain in the realm of "conspiracy theory" as the players involved will never allow the true story to see the light of day...

Hmmmm, it looks like the courts agree with my opinion of Lahr's lawsuit. Or maybe they are part of the coverup too.
By the way, does anyone still participating in this thread really believe that anyone reads the multiple page posts bogging down this thread? You've got to be kidding me. Some of them must be 10 full pages of cut-n-paste. And they are coming from both sides, so no claims about anyone trying to bury the thread.

By the way John, you started a separate thread anytime there was any news about Lahr, until the courts dismissed his lawsuit. Isn't that threadworthy?
