The dismissal of Lahr's lawsuit was based on a technicality, and has NOTHING to do with the merits of the claim.

I work with this type of thing all day long, it's basically meaningless. Furthermore it was dismissed without prejudice, meaning Lahr can and has refiled.

Don't worry about another thread, my sarcastic friend....there will be plenty more.
