What is surprising about the Demjanjuk case is that the suposed SS identity card of Demjanjuk showed him wearing a Russian army uniform. Therefore an obvious counterfeit. I'm surprised this wasn't caught from the get-go.

So Traficant was wrong to oppose the original railroading? If somebody is guilty of some crime, the government is entitled to go after him on any charge, true or not, and use any means available, honest or not? Is that what you're saying?
