I don't often read this particular paper. Have they printed similar stories about dead Jewish children killed by PA terrorists? Or do they conserve ink by skipping those?

In spite of what the Old Media wants us to believe, Israel did the right and moral thing when they attacked.

I'm glad the Palestinians care about their children killed by Israelis. They need to start showing that they care about their children. We can only hope they start to care about their children killed when dressed as Hamas-cide bombers, and all the Israeli children they kill as well. When they no longer use their children as human bombs, then, and only then, will I believe that they actually do care about their children, and not just using this highly unusual situation to gain some political advantage. Until then, IMHO they don't care at all about their children. Otherwise they wouldn't allow then to live in such conditions, to be used as human bombs. The Palestinian people need to revolt against their own government. They're better off with Israel than the corrupt thugs that run the PA and associated terrorist organs.

"Are these terrorists?" one of the morgue staff asked angrily, pointing to the bodies of the children."

Surprise, surprise.

Gee whiz. People actually get killed and maimed in a war.

You mean it's not like in the movies?

Hip-hip-hooray! (Hopefully, someday Israel and the United States will bomb the terrorists' propaganda organs in Europe and elsewhere so I can really cheer myself hoarse.)

The lesson here is DON'T LIVE WITH OR NEAR A TERRORIST! One down, many more to go. The nest is getting smaller. Fewer kids to grow up and carry bombs into town to kill more innocent people.

If a bee stings you, you don't just step on that one. You kill the entire nest or else they just keep coming after you again and again.....

So I take it that Hamas has come out four-square against the killing of children. I guess that would be progress.

If they could kill every member of hamas right now and in the process kill 200 civilians as well they would still be saving lives in the long run.

In response to the Morgue staff asking if those children were terrorists, I can only say that the way they are being taught to hate Jews from birth: Yes, sir, lying there is a future terrorist trained from birth to hate and kill Jews. You should be disgusted at yourselves, not Israel. What a nihilistic society you've created for yourselves.

How shameless these people are to make every dead child a political asset.

The only reason they care about their dead children is that their deaths make for great PR.

When they start keeping their children in their homes and refuse to send them on jihad and stop taking pictures of their infants dressed with bombs and guns -- and when they tell them to quit throwing rocks at tanks and stop planting seeds of hatred in their heads then I'll believe the palis care about their children.

Why don't we see or hear these poingnant sob stories when it's Israeli babies dead of Palestinian attacks?

For instance, remember the bus bombing last week...the EUroweenie press doesn't. Two terrorist scumbags mercilessly mowed down innocent civilian survivors as they ran from the damaged bus?

One of the wounded was a pregnant woman. Her baby was delivered ceasarian section. The baby died shortly afterward.

Did this publication publish any sob stories about that attack?? Any stories on the young students mowed down in their school by a Pali terrorist (called an "infiltrator" by the leftist press)?? Any stories on the families murdered in their beds, or on the latest wave of homocide bombings???

Why not?? They're pertinant stories. Hamas claimed responsibility for many of them. This attack was in retaliation...what is Israel doing that the US isn't?

Most importantly....WHERE IS THE TOTAL (**GACK**) BARF ALERT??

And how many babies and children have been killed by homicide bombers?

Let's be fair and balanced here.

(posted on another similar thread by me)

I'm uncertain what all the fuss is about.

Don't we hear nearly daily how all Palistinian children dream of being martyrs?

Haven't we heard how they collect necklaces with pictures of martyrs, like US kids collect pokemon cards?

Haven't we heard the grieving mothers say they wish all their children could be martyrs?

Have we not seen the little tykes parading with their weapons and explosive belts?

Don't they even dress up their babies as martyrs?

I'm sure they would have preferred to be martyrs in the act of blowing up other Isreali children, mothers and babies, but such is life ...or death.

I find the double standard as applied to the PLO and Israel most saddening. When the PLO targets children and women time and again the media and most of the worlds governments just shrug and say 'so what?' but if Israel kills a head terrorist and a handful of his supporters then they go into fits about how evil Isreal is.

It reminds me of the way they tied the hands of our military during the Korean war and in Viet Nam, they could kill us any time, any where and any way that they wanted to but if they were across a certain river, or in certain cities or in certain areas we couldn't even shoot at them.

Israel is in a war and in a war all is fair.

from the article: It seems Shehada, who knew he was at the top of the Israelis' hit list, was living here in secret. FoxNews reported last night that Shehada had lived there less than two weeks...

and, The Israelis will say that Shehada deliberately targeted Israeli civilians, that their air strike was directed against a militant with blood on his hands. The Israelis were right and should not back-track on this since thanks to BL's excellent post we know about:

the 4th Geneva Convention Relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War, Part 3, Article 1, Section 28: "The presence of a protected person may not be used to render certain points or areas immune from military operations"

It's a terrible thing when children and innocent civilians are killed, but war is a terrible thing, and thank goodness there's a Free Republic to turn to when you need a little perspective on the latest dreadful events!
