Update from OC Sheriff... Press conference..
Playing 911 tape of the people that found the body, male caller was extremely upset, and scared, he was crying, and telling 911 the location but the cell phone transmission was breaking up and was disconnected.
They called the telephone number he left before the disconnect and they called his home and got a messege machine. He called back within minutes and made contact again with 911 and was almost hysterical and crying saying it was little girl and was very distraught,
When Cell caller got home he called again from home phone and recontacted 911, 911 said they would pick him up and the he could show him where the body was.

There's another recent poll that says that around 60% of Hispanic Americans, that immigrated legally to our country, agree that illegal immigration should be stopped.
The liberal, white male bashing, reverse racists making the baseless charges of racism against anyone that disputes their skewed statistics or challenges their agenda of unlimited legal and illegal immigration without criminal background checks, should be taken with a grain of salt.
They'll label anyone that opposes them and their agenda as a nazi, white supremacist, card carrying member of the KKK no matter how civily or nicely you try to reason with them. I gave that up a long time ago.
They get back what they give, in kind, from me.
What's important is that as many Americans as possible know the results of these polls and are made aware of how long and to what degree our government has been ignoring the wishes of the majority of the American people in respect to legal and illegal immigration.
The reverse racists can go suck an egg.
These people are serious about this stuff, too. El Presidente Bush seems to think the same way.
How many other crimes against children have gone unsolved, because the authorities have been forced to follow these distorted profiles or be labeled as racist, white supremacist, card carrying members of the KKK?
I'll say it again, for the umpteenth time, these flawed statistics are no justification for the enormous levels of legal and illegal immigration our government allows that preclude our authorities from performing a criminal background check on every person trying to enter this country.
So, go ahead and post your list. It'll be interesting to see what you come up with.

Let's see--there was that palistinian guy, Ali Abu Kamal, who started shooting people at the top of the Empire State Building in 1997, and then there was that Colin Fergusson guy who shot up the Long Island RR, to name two.
I don't remember if those two examples were illegal immigrants, but they were immigrants.
I remember reading about other immigrant mass murderers or would be mass murderers on the net.
But the problem may be that when a mass murderer is white, we never hear the end of it from the news media.
After all, when was the last time the media reminded us of Andrew Cunanan aka Andrew DaSilva aka David Morales?
Oh, I almost forgot the nineteen illegal aliens of 911.
Anyway, we have enough home-grown mass murderers of all kinds already, we don't need to be importing more.
And that's, here, in the United States. In other parts of the world, what we consider criminal child abuse is just all part of growing up and coming of age for boys and girls.
Like the mores of immigrants from these countries are just going to change, magically, upon entrance to the United States.

I believe if we give Bush a Republican controlled House and Senate and we won't have only an extension of 245i the very next day, we'll have a full-blown amnesty for all illegal aliens.

Just thinking out loud... IF there are connections between Avila and Danielle's murder by way of DNA , forensics, etc... how would the SDPD then explain these single small stains in regard to Westerfield ?
As you point out exactly ONE.. that's pretty amazing.
I, like you, see that the prosecution in the Westerfield trial is very busy "trying" to prove their case, as opposed to really having a strong case with unrefutable evidence.
