Interesting. I watched O'Reilly too and didn't hear anything about a 'green card'. Need to find a better source, Dengar.

Please do not let kids hear this. You should see how far we went to protect Brad from ANY of this this week. And don't worry about feeling the way you do about wanting to hurt him. In Genesis, somewhere, God Himself said the punishment for kidnapping is murder. That's just kidnapping....
I pray that we've ALL learned something from this. To be more aware. Gramps & I had "the talk" with Brad again, but today I had a new idea. When Brad and I are out & about, I'm going to play a new game with him. "Detective"....I want to teach him how to be more aware of things around him.
Good grief, I doubt that I could've given the police a small percentage of what Sara gave them.

You bet, the tape was very brutal and riveting. That young man went through some big changes.....

A third grade teacher in our school...while gathering information as a class on Washington DC did the same thing..... in front of the entire class. A good lesson for us all....I'm just not a fast learner I guess.
Laugh about it now, but certainly would not send someone to their death because of having "porn on their computer". Particularly since it was being downloaded while Westerfield was at the police station talking to LEO. Even Judge Mudd made a comment about teenage boys and porn. The entire court room laughed.

Did any of you happen to catch O'Reilly lastnight? He stated more than once that he hopes this person gets LIFE IN PRISON! I am all for putting someone to death due to the nature of the crime. O'Reilly is wrong on this. I am all for the death penalty, but this case has really gotten to me, I have 2 small girls, 3 1/2 and 8 months. Lethal injection is too good for this guy.

It seems that you weren't really responding to anyone's remark or statement. Very curious. Someone was asking for a link to a 911 telephone call and you respond with "no one could pay you to live in Cal" Interesting..... What in their post prompted that? OMG, ROTFLMAO, I accidentally clicked 216 instead of the 215, you know the one RIGHT ABOVE IT calling the area a "bung hole".... LMAO, but hey I am flattered you are putting so much effort into making yourself look good now.
The reason I ask, is that it appeared that you were bent on turning this into an "attack the entire state" thread. It seems others felt that way to.
The only one that seems "bent on" anything at this point is you sir. Is that all you have? LOL Your posts contain things like, "You big mouth people, shut up, go away" etc. And from what I see others have noticed your tactics as well. It wasn't too off topic, or you wouldn't have commented on it.
This was a thread about the capture of a very dangerous individual. Not a rant about why you are jealous or hate California, which you continued to do.
So saying "you couldn't pay me to live in Cali, and that I want alittle more slower, peaceful, and alittle less populated place to live than {in general} Southern California can provide", is now jealous and hateful? LOL
Like I said before get a grip, I don't feel the need to "be careful" because I could care less "how angry you get", take an anger management class, because taking your anger out on posts that you do not agree with is 1}not going to make you feel any better and 2}not going to upset me.
Your not a moderator here.. you just posted this thread. But hey keep ranting if it makes you feel better, I have no more time for angry attitude. But hey, I'll help you feel better by ignoring you and "going back to my kitty litter box" as you so calmly and politely stated. LOL

Regarding your link on #857, I fully agree that it is outrageous!

Any community that wants to ban the likes of Larry Flynt of or the peddling of pornography within its city limits should have the freedom to do so. I fully agree!!!

BradsGramma said it was broken english and it was Green Car so I guess it was just a misunderstanding by media.

Also people in Mexico are very likely to be victims of those who use the open border to evade justice ---there have been many murders of children and women in Ciudad Juarez and there are many pedophiles living in El Paso. It's an ideal situation for that kind of criminal ---commit a brutal murder on the Mexican side where law enforcement isn't very efficient and can't follow you back to the US even if it was.
I have a feeling this killer has killed before ---if not in the US in Mexico. There was a similar case in El Paso recently where a 5 year old girl was kidnapped from a store and brutally murdered by a known child molestor who seemed just too thorough in his planning for it to have been his first murder. Many children in Mexico are missing and many have been been found killed ---often from families too poor for their authorities to bother with.

I have heard O'Reilly mention recently on his show that he was against the death penalty. That makes him a little too liberal for me.

Thank you.
To: Illbay
Thank you oh so very much for the kudos! Hugs!!!Well, since they've ruled on numerous occasions that SPEECH that can incite criminal activity, etc., is actionable, I don't see why not.
I agree! Here's an example from the Curley lawsuit and other victims of porn
Along with general NAMBLA materials, Cambridge police found a manual titled "Rape and Escape" published by the pedophile organization. "The book literally details how pedophiles can lure, befriend, and rape a child, then avoid detection and prosecution," Aiken said.
According to trial records, the killers of Jeffrey Curley followed one of the manuals suggestions. The men stole Jeffreys bicycle, befriended him as they helped in a fruitless search, then offered to buy Jeffrey a new bike.
The men were on the way to the store with Jeffrey when they offered him money for sexual favors. As Jeffrey rebuffed them, they resorted to force, eventually suffocating the boy. The men then raped the corpse.

DEATH STALKS THE BORDER

Whoever is killing the women is able to slip across the border with ease, said Ressler, based on his examination of the cases and the profile he developed.
He would have to be Hispanic or Mexican-American, someone who blends in. All the abductions are done so easily.
Ressler and Skrapec, the only U.S. criminologist who has examined the murder-case files, believe more than one serial killer could be at work. A 1999 investigation by FBI profilers supported that theory.
Skrapec said one of the serial killers is targeting young girls.
During his 1998 visit to Juárez-El Paso, Ressler and El Paso Police Department officials came up with two potential suspects both ex-convicts living in El Paso at the time.
One of them was monitored for a while, and the other one left the region for an unknown location, said former El Paso Assistant Police Chief J.R. Grijalva, now police chief for El Paso Community College. He would not disclose names, but said both were Hispanic.

I'm just glad the Lord helped me to think quick on my feet.
The teacher "whispered" to me what the situation was, while looking like he was close to having a stroke.
I knew the only course was a straight-up reaction since you know they weren't going to keep quiet about it. So, rather than lose the whole class to their hormones, I announced loudly. "It has come to my attention that if you type one of your URL's down slightly wrong you will be accessing inappropriate material. The machine you see in the corner (mine) will immediately log this, along with your user name, as a violation of the agreement you and your parents signed on appropriate use.
If this happens by accident, as is the case here, I would expect given you are in high school now not grade school that you immediately close the inappropriate window and notify me. Failing to do so will only be seen as a deliberate attempt to access that information and the results would be suspension from the lab, referral to office, and notifying parents etc...
I had totally bluffed on the machine logging but it had the desired effect. Silence, then work as usual.
The student who accidently typed the URl wrong crept up to me later. Eyes as big as saucers he asks, "if that stuff was on my screen am I going to get in trouble?" "How long was it on your screen?" I asked eyebrow raised. "Only for a second I swear!"
I had a hard time keeping a straight face and told him, "no, I'm sure it was only an accident."
