Black Racism: The Hate Crime That Dare Not Speak It's Name.

The best explanation I've heard for this lack of interest in black on white crime versus the waves of propaganda following a white on black crime (the latest being the Inglewood police video) is that the media liberal believes that white Americans are racist, homophobic and prone random outbreaks of violence. Therefore, white on black crime, crime on homosexuals are played up tremendously and we are all given the lesson that this is bad and that straight white Americans ought to stop their evil ways. When Jesse Dirkhising is kidnapped, repeatedly raped and murdered by two homosexual lovers, that is not news or a problem. When Matthew Shepard is robbed, beaten and murdered by two lowlifes, then that is a lesson for all straight white Americans.

Of course this is sick, but that is the media. That is what they believe and what they do.

"Given that the Carr brothers face the death penalty, this is a moot point, but Mrs. Foulston has made no attempt to apply these provisions. Mrs. Foulston knows some whites are pushing for a hate crimes investigation, and wants to keep the proceedings secret. She moved to close the court for the preliminary hearings, saying "we'd have to let the Aryan Nations come in here if they decided they had an interest." The order also prevents release of many records that normally would be public, including the EMS records, the reports on Jonathan Carr's mental competence, and records of police interviews. Mrs. Foulston says secrecy is necessary to ensure the Carrs get a fair trial, but what is in notes of police interviews, for example, that is so inflammatory it could prejudice the public? Evidence of racial hatred, perhaps?"

The law leans over so far backwards with the discreation of Judges, lawyers (DA's) and juries as to fail to remember the victims and the horrors, cruelty, and terrorizing extent of their deaths. All in the name of justice.

The death penalty or life without parole is the just penalty to impose on the Carr's.

I don't want this in federal court. I want it tried here, in Kansas. I want them convicted here, condemned to death here, and sent on the road to El Dorado and left there until they take them over to Lansing and pump them full of happy juice. I don't want the feds involved in any way, shape, or form.

Hate crimes statutes are un-Constitutional.

The federal and state governments have no authority to enforce criminal proceedings against a person because of what they think; our governments only have authority to enforce criminal proceedings against a person's actions which the people, through their duly elected representatives sitting in legislative bodies, have deemed criminal.

Murder is murder; the motive may be used as evidence, but the motive is not indictable as a crime.
