Hate crimes statutes are un-Constitutional.

The federal and state governments have no authority to enforce criminal proceedings against a person because of what they think; our governments only have authority to enforce criminal proceedings against a person's actions which the people, through their duly elected representatives sitting in legislative bodies, have deemed criminal.

Murder is murder; the motive may be used as evidence, but the motive is not indictable as a crime.

The death penalty is unconstitutional, too. At least for these guys it is.

They're retarded . . . Or they were denied admission to the University of Kansas because of their race. Their lawyers are still trying to figure out which is the case (or both).

I agree. It is solely on the basis of their actual crimes of unlawful entry, rape, robbery and cold-blooded murder that these two scumbags need to be killed, and the sooner the better.
