Hell, I'm not going to waste a beer boiling brats, I buy the Johnsonville ones ALREADY done that way, LOL!!!!

You don't waste a beer, at least not a good one!
You go to the local supermarket and buy the cheapest stuff they've got...like at my Safeway, I buy two 32-oz. bottles of Ol' Milwaukee at 2fer$3 to boil the brats in. Add a half pound of real butter and a medium yellow onion, sliced. Bring the 'secret sauce' to a simmer, plop in the brats after they've been browned, and let 'em soak it up. That's good for 5 dozen brats!

It was fun, Sassy--I usually get sick of the place in mid-afternoon, but the kids were into going on every slide and activity. My four year old went on a wider variety of slides than anyone! She is not afraid of a thing! (Scary thought--I see skydiving in her future...)

My evening will be quieter--a few minutes of visiting, then this..... and then an appointment with a giant bottle of aloe vera gel!
