"I doubt that another terrorist attack would cause Bush to change his idiotic policy of pandering to illegal aliens." I expect.....we'll see.

"I doubt that another terrorist attack would cause Bush to change his idiotic policy of pandering to illegals." Maybe when there's a terrorist attack, in the USA, every other day, like in Israel.

"I trust you didn't forget to ping your Abogado today." How about Posts Ridiculous Nonsensical Diatribes 21 times, at least, on every illegal immigration thread?
LOL!

Immigration (legal/illegal) will not become an issue with the politicians and especially this administration Even an economy in free fall and jobless Americans doesn't seem to phase them. Whats even worse is they're shutting down the maquilas now in Mexico and sending the jobs over to China. It's interesting how they used to say how it was important to have a strong economy in Mexico, suddenly that doesn't matter and they don't even have to explain why we want a strong China.

Since you asked why post 29 was pulled, the reason was the graphic saying "It is not a war, it is a con job". Criticize the Republican party all you want as far as I am concerned, but Free Republic is not going to be used for the same sort of nonsense that would have made Jane Fonda feel right at home if it was done back in the Vietnam days.
And considering you went out of your way to be disruptive during the fundraiser, your footing here is very thin at this moment.
Thanks, AM

Hey, that's fine with me. The sooner you clear out, the better.

Personally, I think immigration should benefit US.. It could, but while the USA is pickin' 'n choosin', the third world countries are loosing their best and brightest. How is this going to help the underdeveloped world? It doesn't. Immigration needs to return to pre-1965 levels and strictly enforced.

I agree with Angela Kelley when she said, "He would have found a way to stay in the U.S. illegally or legally to commit whatever violent crime he was going to commit." But I also agree with Rohrabacher's statement that, "He would have had to go back to Egypt, and there would have been a background check, and he may or may not have been accepted back." Although both people make valid points I believe that Rohrabacher's statement has more validity.

We have aid programs and all sorts of things to benefit poor nations.
Immigration should be for our benefit, not some kind of global welfare.
And yes, our laws should be enforced.
