Absolutely unbelievable. First a BMW as a 'pick me up' then a shopping spree to Nordstrom with friends as a 'pick me up' then a $850k new home...I'm assuming as a 'pick me up'. Gag.
Just how much was the insurance policy for? Enough for a BMW and a downpayment on a house worth almost $1 mill? They didn't have that much equity in their SD home. I believe they were there only 3 or 4 years. Monthly mortgage payment based on what I'm paying would be appx $5,000. Banks don't want you paying more than 25% of your monthly income for mortgage or rent and I don't think Damon is earning $20,000/month.
Or has the money come from a different source...hmmmmm
