Says Fraudulent CEOs Should Lose All Compensation
Tell me why we should be supporting crooked CEO's. That is not a constituency I care to cultivate.
Good Placement. ;-)
There will be no strikes against Iran, nor Syria. No arab coalition would allow it.
We are many, many months out from any action in Iraq if, IF, an arab coalition will allow it.
Which do you think will happen first, the DOJ Task Force 'SWAT Team' acts against a US company or the US acts unilaterally against a terrorist nation? Answer it honestly....
Honestly,I'd rather watch Hillary put on pantyhose!
Now I need to go throw up, use a gallon of Scope, brush my teeth again and swallowed several Zantacs and anti acids to get my stomach back to normal. What a terrible word picture to use on elder conservatives!
And why not? I own a small business, and I am personally responsible for all of it. I am personally responsible for every blasted regulation that the State and the Feds pass -- have to post them all, even though no one reads them. Costs me several hundred dollars a year for the updates.
I am personally responsible if some jerk that works for me brings his favorite software from home and loads it on his computer.
I am personally responsible for all the bills that people run up around here.
I am personally responsible even though some of my customers don't pay me -- I still have to pay for the components I purchased to produce their product.
When the economy goes in the tank, like it has for the last 2 years, I am still personally responsible for the taxes, the heat, the AC, the lights, any lease payments, whether I make money, or not.
I am even personally responsible for all of the errors the former owner made in the last 30 years.
Give 'em hell, Gramps!
From all indications I don't think there will be an overt attack against Iraq. Looks like the "regime change" will come from within, with our covert help. But you are correct in the time window, probably many months away.
"The lure of heady profits of the late 1990s spawned abuses and excesses."
I think Rush is blowing it out of proportion a bit.
OTOH, this whole issue is blown out of proportion a bit. We have laws that govern these matters, and they can and will be enforced against lawbreakers. New regulations aren't necessarily needed. The Democrats inside and outside the media have hyped this as a means to try to gain some sort of political traction.
There is an unfortunately tendency by politicians, especially Democrats, to respond to the violation of law, by proposing more laws. Illogical.
I am not listening to him. He is turning into an unpleasant and bitter person.
'War Profiteering' punishments can only be enforced when there is an actual declaration of war.
Now, are "crooked CEO's" the ones 'chasing the lure of bloated profits' like in Bush's speech, or the dishonest ones with twisted Clintonian ethics?
Is pursuing profits crooked? or lying?
Tell me why we should be supporting crooked CEO's. That is not a constituency I care to cultivate.
Would you work for a company with a CEO who doesn't pursue profit?
I would like know when they will start funding the Military
Because if you don't win this war .. We won't have to worry about all that other stuff
